Functional for families w children under 10. Teenagers will become bored as they fo on these places. Two nice but smallish pools but children Line these, for toddlers other pools too. Skandinavian holiday routines. Food mediocre but nearby ice cream superb. Quite nice beach just below.

Me and my family of 14 people stayed att Kallithea in june. We had a really nice week. We booked Al inclusive premium and can recommend that package if you enjoy good food and wines. We had all lunches and dinners at both Costas Kitchen and Fino restaurants. Best food and really nice straff! We stayed in Athena buildning. Nice rooms and perfect poolarea with water slides for our kids between 4-9 year. They loved it! We really recommend this hotel. /Cecilia

Nice family hotel. Clear out unless you are travelling with kids. Food mediocre in quality but food hygiene was good. Breakfast better in Sunwing arquinequin. We had Helios royal family room on ground floor by the pools. Small ant incident but we didn’t consider it a problem and quite normal for being ground floor. Clean hotel, helpful staff. Needed to turn on showers 5 minutes before getting hot water. All inclusive was okay enough, but beware that both drinks and ice cream were not in any way quality but for our kids quantity was more important. Will probably return as it is extremely child friendly. (We are all in the same boat, no one batters an eye if there is a tantrum in the dining area😅) kids love lolo&bernie concept.

Perfect hotel for a family vacation. Lots to do with children in the hotel area. We had breakfast included and the buffet was generous. Hotel area was beautiful and well kept. Staff was helpful. Would recommend this hotel to a friend. Lovation was great even though the place was quite windy. It was a nice surprise that the shops and the restaurants weren't too expensive. In Costa's Kitchen children ate for frew.

Otherwise a beautiful hotel with an amazing view, everything you could ask for and see. But the problem is the invisible stuff. Car renting - We tried to rent a car and was told that we have to call the car service because they couldn't wait for 10 minutes in the lobby. We are a big family so it always takes time to prepare us for a trip. There is not a single place written that we had to be 9:00 o'clock sharp to get our car. ******* when we just could give the keys away to the reception when we returned the car, why couldn't you do that? Paid service - The second big problem was the invisible amount of charges. We were on the beach each day and suddenly on the last day an employee came to us and charged us for sunbathing. For a hotel where we had bought an inclusive experience. Check out - we were told that we had to check out at 12:00 o'clock, while they knew our plane would leave 22:45 in the night. They could have mentioned that you could stay in your room for a small fee until 18:00. Other problems; no water for several hours, door broken in our room, a nest of ants on our wall. Good stuff were the food (loved the morning buffet), the activities for children and the view.

One of the best family hotells I have been to. Amazing food and amazing place our children sere so happy! They loves lollo and bernie! We had a room with a pool, this was so nice. The gym was big and good machines. Many diffrent pools to chopse with and on evenings a tivoli in front of the hotell. You have to try this place.

Stayed in the Athena building which had been recently renovated. Our apartment was quite pretty with a large balcony. However, as a family of five we would have needed some more shelves. The hotel premises were nice and the all inclusive food was alright, at least for one week. I might not go during the busy season as there were some queues in the buffet restaurant even in October when the hotel was half empty.

We booked our stay through ving.no. It was an "All Inclusive" package. However, "All" inclusive might be a stretch because the term "all" is misleading. Maybe it should be renamed "A lot inclusive, but certainly not all." ;) We stayed in a Happy Baby apartment in Helios. It's very convenient for families with children as we had a fenced-in garden with sun loungers and a lawn. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom showed some wear, and water would flood the entire bathroom floor when showering (room 1504). The housekeeping staff were very accommodating and cleaned around our schedule, doing a great job. We had most of our meals at the buffet restaurant. The food was always fresh and the kitchen staff were commendable. However, after two weeks, the menu became a tad monotonous. The meat (pork, beef, chicken) was sometimes tough. The buffet restaurant was quite noisy. My family brought noise-cancelling headphones for meals. There were often queues, especially in front of popular stations like the juice press. At breakfast, there was a significant line for bread products because many guests would stop and spread their toppings right there, not realizing there was a long line behind them. Maybe the hotel could add an additional bread station and relocate the butter away from where guests cut the bread. The pool in Helios was crowded, and the surrounding area was cramped. Most sun loungers near the pool were reserved with towels from early morning. The pool cleanliness could be improved, as the pool floor felt slippery due to a coating. There was a great slide for the kids. We were disappointed to learn that there was no self-service at the pool bar even though we had "all" inclusive. There was often a line at the pool bar. Although there was a variety of ice creams in coolers at the bar, they weren’t part of the all-inclusive package and were rather pricey. Only scoop ice cream behind the counter was included. This was quite disappointing, and the hotel should reconsider. The beach was made of fine rounded pebbles with patches of sand. It's a small and lovely beach but gets deep quickly. The sea water was warm. Sun loungers were expensive, 15 EUR for 2, even if you arrived in the afternoon. When you have "all" inclusive, these loungers should be included. Kids absolutely love this hotel; it's a luxury destination for them. However, for adults/parents, be prepared for a fair amount of waiting in lines, significant noise, and additional expenses. That said, it's also a beautiful hotel for adults.
