Enjoyable stay in this hotel. We were upgraded to All Inclusive which we can have unlimited drinks and food. But the lunch and dinner buffet is a bit repetitive. Staff in the restaurant were nice but they seldom refill our drinks. Also, the swimming pool is so small, which barely can swim.

A delightful experience at this lovely hotel. All the staff, especially Ersi, Linda, Aldo, Julia, Zara, Amalia could not have been more friendly and helpful. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Food was good and delicious, the service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable, cleaned every day. I was very pleased with our stay. Would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rhodes Town. I hope to be back in the future.

Just returned from spending a week at this hotel through Easjet Holidays .Definitely not a 4 star hotel , would rate it 3 at the most. The hotel needs updating and improvements made to the buffet as the food offered was bland . The pool is very small and mainly occupied by children with large Lilos making it impossible to swim and sun beds subject to reservation by towel!!! The only alternative was to go to the beach at a cost of 15 euros a day for two sun beds and an umbrella. The bar area is small and the tables were not cleaned. Should be an adults only hotel . Overall a very disappointing holiday. One positive are the staff who were amazing .

We have just returned from a 10 night all inclusive stay at this hotel. Location is ideal for visiting Rhodes town, sight seeing, boat trips with beach close by. After checking in & reaching our room which was spacious located at the front of the hotel with a seaview which was a waste of money as you could barely see the sea. We were surprised to find that no written information pack was available detailing facilities etc within the hotel workings which we’ve never experienced in a 4* hotel. Safe is available but only after you ask reception for a key. Bathroom shower is extremely difficult as it is situated in the centre of the bath with the shower screen on the right hand side thus you can’t stand under it for fear of flooding the bathroom. Be aware of the step up into the bathroom as very easy to trip. Maid service excellent & mini bar frequently replenished with 2 litres of water daily. Air conditioning very efficient. Pool area extremely disappointing. People reserving beds very early & leaving their towels on & not returning. Umbrellas are in situ. This is not conducive to a relaxing area so we ventured to the beach &opted to pay 15 Euros per day for 2 beds & one umbrella, an additional expense we did not envisage as we were all inclusive. Beware the tiled area is very slippery & I myself slipped due to the proximity of the sunbeds next to the pool which is usually filled with young children with inflatables which you do not see in photographs of the hotel. For this reason this hotel is not suited to small children & would benefit from being an adult only hotel. Both lifts are extremely slow & need updating. Bar area was a bit dated but the evening entertainment was good especially the karaoke & the singing duo. Bar staff work extremely hard & are a credit to the hotel. Cocktails are not included in the all inclusive which is unusual for a 4* hotel. Reception staff are friendly & helpful. Now for the restaurant which is spacious & where you are welcomed & escorted to a table which is a big plus factor. All food is buffet & drinks & water served at your table (no machines hurrah). Evening meal finishes at 9.30. Having stayed at many 4* Greek hotels we were extremely disappointed in the food offered at this hotel. The pizzas are really good, cooked in front of you by the pizza chef who takes immense pride in his cooking. The salads are ok but the supposedly hot food is only luke warm at best. At breakfast we only saw the omelette station in operation on one day only with a big queue. There is a distinct lack of grilled meat & fish evident albeit there is a large unused hot plate at the front of the servery. Fries are available every evening which always seemed to be hard & dry. Good range of desserts & ice cream available. During the 10 days we did not notice any head chef observing their offerings. Perhaps there isn’t one maybe.
