Boutique 5 Hotel & Spa

Lovely, relaxing Hotel. Had booked for last year, but the fires put paid to that, sadly. Now all is back to normal. Had a room with the pool, really lovely. Staff excellent. Restaurants within walking distance, and some really good ones. Hired a boat out for the family & learnt The Guns Of Navarone was filmed a couple of miles up the coast.

Spa was lovely Had my hair done for a wedding , Dina came to the spa and was amazing! She is very experienced and was fast and great. Rosie in the spa was one of the best massages I have ever had !! Highly recommend both of them. Overall a good hotel … very very quiet but good facilities and very friendly staff . Great location and could walk to more lively restaurants and bars if you wanted to

The hotel was really great, fantastic service and great food. Great room with private pool. Clean and nice. Cleaning 2 times a day. The staff does everything to ensure that you have a good time and enjoy yourself. The hotel is nicely located by the sea. Quiet and pleasant area. Really relaxing. The service was excellent!

Everything was just perfect! All the Restaurants and the bars! We had a Room with direct Pool and it was great. Also the Beach was great.The employees Vilson Merkaj and Olsi Balia always checked on us at the Waterfront Restaurant and we never waited more than 15 sec for our drinks! Amazing guys and always very happy! Cristos, Tatiana, Bledi, Dimitris, Marsel, Maria and Vasiliki and also the rest of the staff did a fantastic job! We will come again!

Food - Breakfast: good selection, eggs cooked fresh, orange juice, water and hot drinks provided to table Evening: lovely menu options and a couple of themed evenings. Very delicious with great views. Service: very hit and miss, especially at breakfast, so many staff wandering around but nobody to take your orders. When you sit someone down, take their drink order and leave a menu. I think there are so many staff they don’t know who has done what and then you are left asking for service. Room - Cleanliness: very clean, cleaned daily with daily turndown. Everything you need in the room. Very quiet and relaxed atmosphere. TV was not set up properly and no use of Chromecast which has the functionality available which is a shame. None of the functions buttons worked and date was set incorrectly (1 January 1970!). I did ask one of the staff members if it’s set up to do this and he said no. The most I could do was play my radio through the TV. If you have these smart TVs available, set them up for use as people should be able to cast shows and movies from mobile devices to TV. Issue with my safe on arrival and wasn’t working and they had someone out to fix it that evening which was good, this did happen twice!I had room with a pool which was lovely, and outdoor towels are provided. Arrival: welcomed with a welcome drink, whilst they check you in. Signed paperwork and waited to be shown to room. I sat there for ages until I went up and asked for an update and they said my room was ready. Not ideal when you have been travelling so long. The staff had changed so maybe they just didn’t communicate well enough but they should have told me the room was ready once I had finished my drink. Spa: I visited the spa a few times, the treatments were wonderful and very relaxing. I had the therapist Olga both times and she’s was brilliant, very attentive and checked on pressure and flow of the treatment, giving good aftercare advice too. Thank you Olga! I think the biggest issue I had was the staff service which was hit and miss, just poor communication between them which let them down, and when I was leaving I witnessed some conflict between two staff members which was very visible they were clearly having an argument which wasn’t very professional, take it off the floor!

We have just returned from this outstanding hotel. We had a superior deluxe room with sea view, the room was huge and very comfortable. Large balcony with the view amazing. Room is cleaned every day and all hotel staff are brilliant. The beach has the most comfortable sun loungers and Diagoras takes care of you with towels and cold drinks and friendly chat. Quiet area but if you want to rest and relax you won’t find a better hotel than this.

Clean rooms, very helpful staff, beautiful beach area. Rooms cleaned twice a day with fresh towels etc. We had room with our own little pool, delightful, would highly recommend. Breakfast is plentiful with an egg menu and well stocked buffet. Evening meals are delicious, but a tad pricey and not authentically greek. Our only gripe is that they do not sell water in the little shop. You get one bottle left in your room which is not enough and you can buy a bottle from the bar for 4 euros. The nearest supermarket is about a 10 minute walk. Surely it would be easy to stock water in the shop too - they have cigarettes. Not many walkable bars and restaurants, most are a taxi ride away.

My partner and I where looking for a quiet 5 star week away, adult only hotel. We booked the sea view, and room with our own pool. Half board. What can we say. The room, food, service, private beach were absolutely fantastic. Every one of the staff there where so friendly and acommodating. Nothing was too much for them. Lindos is a 20 minute taxi drive away, and is definitely worth a visit. If you are looking for a nice quiet chilled, 5 star holiday, then this is the place to go. I have to mention as well, as we went half board, if you get peckish at lunch time, visit The South Castle restaurant. It is situated at the front of the hotel, just to the right. A little family run place. George one of the owners is a character, and what a lovely guy. And by the way, their food is fresh and very tasty. We would certainly visit Boutique 5 hotel & Spa again.
