We enjoyed our stay in the Spirit of the Knights. hotel. It has been tastefully refurbished and the hotel and courtyard garden are lovely. The breakfast choices and friendly service were fabulous. However, the very old TV in our room did not work. We complained three times but each time they said "they would check it" or "maybe we could change to a different room when it became available" but nothing was ever done. It's a small thing but it did feel a bit like nobody was taking responsibility for the issue. Also, the plunge pool was closed because it was end of season so it was dirty and unattractive. The menus need reprinting as they were dirty and shabby. Overall it was a good stay and we would recommend it but I felt perhaps that management were a bit jaded at the end of the season and needed a break.

Our family stayed here for several days. The hotel is beautiful and has a well kept and relaxing courtyard. We also enjoyed a fantastic breakfast. The hosts were always available and were accommodating by helping us with taxi reservations and transport out of the old town. We will definitely stay here when we are back in Rhodes.

While had booked the crusader suite for stay with cousins, due to an issue with the bathroom before we arrived we were relocated to a different hotel elsewhere in the old town. The new room was considerably smaller, had none of the amenities which made us choose this property and none of its character. We also ended up sharing a small double and a roll-out couch rather than each having our own bed. So all in all not a good expecierence. As compensation our new room had a small (perhaps enough for a glass for 1 person), open, bottle of wine left in it. Left feeling ripped off and let down.

Excellent place to stay in the medieval town of Rhodes. Have to make sure to arrange transport with them to get luggage there and out, which they are super helpful with any request you make. Highly Recommend it!

From the minute we got there, we felt so welcome. Stunnng courtyard with a fantastic breakfast. We were able to walk everywhere.

Beautiful boutique hotel in Rhodes old town. Run by Theodoris and Elena who are amazing hosts. Lovely rooms with medieval furnishings indoors. Very comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast served in stunning shaded courtyard. Theodoris spent time with us talking about the history of Rhodes and gave us recommendations for attractions and restaurants. Elena booked our rental car and Theodoris drove us to the outskirts of the old town in his buggy to meet the car rental rep (old town is car free). Highly recommend staying here. Fabulous quiet location within short walking distance of all the attractions.

Ce qui frappe le plus dans cet hôtel de charme situé à l'écart du circuit touristique et pourtant en pleine vieille ville de Rhodes, c'est l'accueil et le service absolument parfait! Héléna et Théodore sont des amours et se mettent en 4 pour vous aider. Les petits déjeuners sont splendides et composés des meilleurs produits de l'île comme les pâtisseries exceptionnelles, les croissants, le pain et les omelettes d'Héléna sont à tomber par terre, tout cela servi sur des nappes blanches dans le merveilleux jardin de l'hôtel qui est un havre de repos exceptionnel. Les chambres sont surprenantes de par leur taille et leur décoration ottomane et les lits sont parfaits. On met à votre disposition eau plate et gazeuse et l'air conditionné fonctionne parfaitement bien. Seul bémol pour la suite ottomane, la salle de bain est un peu sombre et si vous êtes habitué aux douches, il vaut mieux demander une autre chambre car celle-ci est plus une baignoire douche pour vous prélassez dans un bain. Un petit frigo serait aussi bien pratique même si la réception et le bar sont à votre service pour vous aider. L'établissement est très propre, de jolis rubans entourent vos serviettes de bain impeccable, il y a des peignoirs, des serviettes de plage en plus de produits super agréables pour se laver. C'est un hôtel de charme et de caractère et les prix ne sont pas éxagérés pour cette qualité d'établissement et de service même en haute saison. Je recommande vivement! De plus une belle bouteille de Proseco nous attendait dans la chambre pour célébrer notre anniversaire de mariage!! Merci encore au personnel pour son accueil fantastique!

For me this was a fabulous place to stay. Close to everything but tucked away from the busy tourist areas and perfect to explore the old town. Our hosts Elena and Theo were just the best. We were picked up by Theo from the main road which is a must as it would be a challenge to navigate here with bags. The accommodation was terrific and the breakfasts were the best in our whole Greek stay. Our hosts couldn’t have been more helpful with any bookings and transfers. Can I give more stars?
