Very convenient located, 50m from a bus stop where is about half way between airport and Rhodes city.
Polite and efficient reception.
Room is spacious and reasonably clean with hot water for shower.
Kitchen is well equipped. However there is no dish washup liquid provided so I could not clean my pots and dishes after cooking.

The accommodation although spartan was large enough with all the comforts, for us it was a foothold, some problems with the air conditioning. The only complaint is that due to the closing of the pool at 19.00, we were unable to take a bath.

Nog nooit in zo'n vies appartement verbleven. Etensresten hingen nog aan de koelkast, alles was te vies om vast te pakken. Witte douchekop die zwart was van smerigheid, schimmel in de douche, ranzig douchegordijn, gore hoeslakens met vlekken. We hebben hier een melding van gemaakt bij de receptie. De medewerkster reageerde alsof ze dit nog nooit had gehoord. Ze zou het melden bij de schoonmakers. Zij kwamen de volgende ochtend langs, maar inmiddels hadden we zelf al schoongemaakt. In de woonkamer 2 bedden als bank met gore hoeslakens. Overal fel wit licht in de kamers, gezelligheid ten top... Karaoke op donderdagavond zou tot 23.30u zijn, maar ging veel langer door. In de bar beneden werd volop gerookt door personeel en gasten. Voor niet-rokers niet te doen. Sinds 1/7 jl. in Griekenland ook rookverbod, maar hier blijkbaar niet. Op een gegeven moment om 8.30u! lieten een paar asociale ouders hun kinderen in de speeltuin spelen, alsof er een schoolklas werd losgelaten. Ook hierover geklaagd bij de receptie, ze zouden het erover hebben met de ouders. Wat een armoedige zooi bij Kassandra. Wij wilden er niet zijn, laat staan eten. Nooit meer! Overig personeel overigens vriendelijk. Zwembad ok. Het groen bij het zwembad is mooi.

Prima verblijf gehad. 15 dagen. Je betaald niet de hoofdprijs en wat je ervoor krijgt is prima! Ik lees veel negatieve recensies maar denk dat deze mensen niet echt van deze wereld zijn: voor de prijs van een Fiat Panda een Mercedes verwachten? Ons verblijf in Kassandra is prima. Niet meer en niet minder. Bijna elke dag schone handdoeken en lakens. We hebben hier 1 x gegeten, was ook goed en ontbijt regelen we altijd zelf. Dus daar oordeel ik verder niet over. Je zit vlakbij supermarkten, restaurants en het strand. Autoverhuur kan evt bij de receptie en verder? Tja, onze ervaring is goed!

Pros - The food in restaurant was lovely & staff friendly. Swimming pools were grand but could do with regular cleaning. It had entertainment a few nights a week & it was near beach/restaurants Cons - The blonde lady at reception was extremely rude. The apartment was filthy, I have no problem with basic but I can’t deal with filthy even though they have a sign to say leave room the way we got it. I definitely left room cleaner after bleaching it a few times. If I could have went home straight away I would have. There was a drawer full of cigarette butts, mouldy shower curtain, a shower in bath that wasn’t great,a kitchen that was Unusable & unstable, filthy sinks, hairs on all floors, headboards from 1960s that need updating badly, key & safe system was laughable. The bed sheets weren’t changed for 2 weeks in very hot weather even though we asked, the beds were like sleeping on wooden boards,no brush in room for floors so that was only done twice because I asked for it to be done. Overall It wasn’t the best experience

Very out dated and rundown rooms, every tap dripping and covered in scale, kitchen cupboards rotten and doors hanging off, bedding stained and towel had holes in them, but the beds were comfy. you cannot see past your knees in the pool either!! The food in the restaurant was very good and the singer was also no too bad. 9 euros a day for the air con which there was only a unit in the bedroom, some rooms only had a unit in the kitchen area, and it didn't work properly. You can hire pool towels for a 10euros deposit. Beach and sea front is about a 10 minute walk away and there is a good supermarket across the road. We drove to the old town and went on a boat trip to Symi- beautiful! Also found a nice hotel in Faliraki with free use of sunbeds and pool right next to the beach and you could see your feet in this pool and the sea!!

À fuir !!!! Cet hôtel et vieillot, on se croirait de retour dans les années 70. Dès notre arrivée nous sommes surpris par la chaleur dans la chambre ainsi nous demandons à la réception comment ça se fait que la Clim n’est pas allumé dans notre chambre et là on nous sort que c’est un service en plus et qu’il faut sortir 270€ de plus pour l’avoir ! Très en colère car non spécifié dans l’annonce, nous décidons quand même de payer car nous voyageons avec un bébé et que cette chaleur (33 degrés) est insupportable sans Clim. Mais là encore surprise : la Clim est tellement vieille qu’elle est inefficace, on a payer pour rien ! Le personnel de l’hôtel se fou royalement de vos remarques et vous répond que « c’est un hôtel pas cher ! » ce qui justifie le manque de tout. Bref certes vous payerez pas cher (et encore nous avons déboursé 4300€ pour 2 chambres pour 1 mois), mais attendez vous à avoir un hôtel sale, non chaland, vieux…donc à choisir je préfère débourser plus et être tranquille pendant mes vacances !

It’s what you’d expect from a 3 star I guess. Hard, uncomfortable beds, everything just barely works (fridge on full and barely chilling the contents) and ants all over (in the kitchen). Very thin wall’s meant we also heard the kids next door crying in the night. Very polite and positive cleaning team though.

Very basic hotel, but cheap and cheerful. Very friendly staff and lovely food. The room was kept tidy when required. Only downside to the room is lack of frying pan and cooking utensils and you pay extra for aircon. This should be standard with the room. Ideal location for shops, pubs, restaurants and the beach. Unfortunately there were young adults running up and down the halls at night and screaming. So had no sleep for the time we was there. Due to this we wouldn't come here again. Bar was very loud up until 1am (was in a room above it) Entertainment wasn't very good either. Like I said it was cheap and overall OK. Definitely wouldn't be suitable for families with young kids.
