City Plus Rhodes Hotel

The hotel presents itself discreetly, nothing to say about reception, breakfast room. The rooms are small and very minimal, decent cleanliness. The bathroom is small, uncomfortable, the door bangs on the sink, traces of mold on the ceiling, towels with an unpleasant smell. I was supposed to stay indefinitely, but I'm leaving after three nights because the air conditioning stops cooling on the second night. I communicate very kindly at the reception, who gives me a fan to compensate, unfortunately it's not enough, the heat is too much! The next day, same thing, to which I say that if they can't solve the problem they should change my room, but they reply that they are full and invite me to look for another hotel. Of course I checked out and moved elsewhere. I find this way of doing things absurd, you don't treat customers like that. I strongly advise against it, you could be next!
