Mercure Rhodes Alexia Hotel & Spa

All good!

Lovely modern hotel with good food and lovely rooms. Staff are lovely and very approachable. Only downside for us was the location, it can get very noisy at night with the sports bars just down from the hotel, one night we had group of lads stood outside til 5am shouting and arguing. We had a lovely balcony with sun throughout the day but we were looking out to a run down building with bins piled up high outside. Not the hotels fault but not what you want to see sat on your balcony. Pool area is only small but kept clean with about 20 sunbeds in total so not lot of sunbathing area and you do feel like you’re in the middle of the street as not enough glass panels around to make it private. Great location to get out and about, 2 minute walk to the pebble beach and about 15 minute walk into the old town. Lots of great food places to eat nearby and couple of supermarkets nearby too.

We enjoyed our experience and staying at alexia hotel! We had a lovely week and all staff were very friendly and helpful! My partner had 2 massages whilst staying here and throughly enjoyed his experience! We do feel that the air conditioning could be improved as it felt that in the evening/night it wasn’t working as well

From the moment me and my partner and I walked into the hotel, all the staff and Meltem were very friendly and helpful with any enquiries. Meltem made the stay such much more enjoyable walking in and out of the hotel each morning and making sure we were okay. Meltem helped with our travels, and the breakfast was really delicious in the morning before going out. The rooms were very tidy and fresh towels supplied every morning from staff. Rhodes itself was amazing, such as the old town showing a lot of history about the place. Highly recommend to stay here and it is walking distance to most of the best sites and to walk to find transport. Also, the hotel provides fun karaoke nights on a Saturday and Greek night on a Wednesday with dancers.

Great service, very clean, the staff was friendly, helpfull in every way. The breakfast food was fresh, the restaurant was clean, fresh clean towels every morning. The bar was filled with complementary drinks, water, tea and coffee. Fresh clean cups daily. Our rooms were cleaned daily. Close to so many wonderful restaurants, site seeing areas and shops and the best thing was it's all in walking distance. When we return it would be back here. Thankyou everyone for the great time we had.

I recently stayed at the Mercury Alexia Rode hotel and I am very satisfied with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The check-in process was quick and hassle-free. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I particularly liked the modern interior and all the necessary amenities, including fast wireless internet and a flat-screen TV. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the bathroom was well-stocked with high-quality toiletries. The hotel's restaurant also left a great impression. The breakfast buffet was abundant and varied, with fresh and delicious dishes. The dinner menu was extensive and the offered dishes were impeccable. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to reach the city center and main attractions. Moreover, the surroundings were calm and cozy, allowing me to fully relax. I highly recommend Mercury Alexia Rode to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a pleasant environment. I will definitely return here again!

From the moment I booked this hotel Meltem was amazing arranging balloons and cake for my partners 50th. I lost count the number of emails back and forth. The hotel is clean, the drinks are strong and Alex was brilliant, keeping us hydrated lol. The Spa was tranquil and Stam truly gifted. An amazing team of staff who make you feel welcome from the moment you step through the doors. The location is perfect. Only slight gripe mattresses are a bit lumpy but nothing major. We will be back. Thank you for such an amazing time on such a special occasion x

Lovely, clean hotel with helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is on the doorstep of the beach and so close to the old town too, such a nice place to stay would deffo come back ! Lovely pool too and balcony which are both sun traps and are so relaxing! Would recommend this hotel especially :)

The girls in our family have an annual trip away for a week and this year the Mercure Alexia was our choice. We had an amazing time Everything was perfect. The room was spotless with a lovely cleaning lady The reception staff were more than happy to help in any way possible to ensure we enjoyed our stay, especially the guest relations lady, she was great. The bar staff were great and rustled up some nice cocktails for us. Perfect location, perfect hotel . This hotel is located with everything you can possibly need around you. We loved our stay here so much so that I have rebooked to return with my husband and daughter in August..can't wait ! Thankyou!
