The structure can be easily reached from Rhodes by bus which leaves from the bus station more or less every hour for only €5.50 and the stop is right in front of the White. The structure is wonderful, made up of many terraces, including 2 swimming pools for adults and two for children; 2 poolside bars, 1 creperie, 1 lobby bar; a panoramic restaurant, and 3 buffet rooms, 2 on the terrace and 1 indoors. Both rooms and suites are available. Our room was on the high pool level, huge, very clean, with shower and tub. Every day the cleaning of the room included the change of water bottles, numerous beauty products and towels (including bathrobes and bedroom slippers). With the all-inclusive formula we enjoyed buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner and unlimited access to the creperie and bars. The staff is friendly and available to satisfy every need. Every day there is entertainment in the shallow pool and live music in the evening. Simply crossing the road you access the private beach, equipped with umbrellas and padded loungers from which you can also use the bar service (always included). In short, it is ideal for relaxing, both as a couple and as a family.

The service at this hotel was top-notch; the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. They were not only professional but also incredibly friendly and attentive. Their warmth and hospitality truly made me feel welcome.
The facilities at the hotel were excellent as well. The room I stayed in was tastefully decorated, clean, and well-maintained. I appreciated the attention to detail in every aspect of the room's design. The common areas of the hotel were also lovely and had a charming ambiance.
Now, let's talk about the food – it was a highlight of my stay. The breakfast offered at the 10GR Boutique Hotel & Wine Bar was simply exceptional. The variety of options and the quality of the dishes exceeded my expectations. Each morning, I eagerly looked forward to starting my day with the delicious spread they provided. GGuest UserWe stayed at the Acadia Hotel for 2 weeks in September, what a beautiful hotel, and all the staff are a credit to the hotel,absolutely immaculate and excellent COVID safety👏🏽 I worked in hotels for 34 years and I know hotels inside out, this hotel is absolutely beautiful with fabulous staff and everyone of them wanting you to have the best time.. the 2 girls at breakfast so lovely especially Despina nothing was to much trouble, Micheal the bar man has a fab personality the receptionist Visilius in the evening is a lovely gentleman advising us we’re to go and nothing at all was too much trouble for him, also Mica was fabulous, always greeting us with a smile and a chat.. Thank you so much everybody it was a pleasure to stay at your beautiful hotel and will make sure to be back next year.. Karen & Terry..

excellent location: beach just across the street, another at the back, many good restaurants in the close neighborhood. Walking distance from harbour and old town. Car rentals nearby. Very friendly and helpful staff, all English speaking. Classy restaurant, excellent breakfast, good buffet, all you want. Spacious rooms, all you need, clean, airconditioned, silent. Nice terras with seaview is a bonus. (not all rooms have this).

Beautiful, elegant and spotless hotel, rooms cleaned daily as well as replacement of towels each day. Varied and large choice of food at each meal. Restaurant extremely well maintained with polite and efficient staff fo r whom nothing too much trouble. From reception, to cleaning, bar and restaurant staff everyone polite, helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserThis was lovely place to stay, it was very central, walking distance to the old town, places of interest and shopping district, plenty of restaurants and cafes and bars around. The hotel itself was very clean, nice lobby and breakfast was good. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The room itself was spacious, clean and everything you need was provided, toiletries, hairdryer, etc. the only downside was that the pillows were a bit hard and uncomfortable, but the bed itself seemed to be a king size and was fine. Would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Aapple fuThis hotel is near the sea in the new city of RDOS, because there are no tourists in winter, the hotel is very cheap, but the hotel facilities are not reduced because there are no tourists, heating is available, the service is super good, the breakfast is super rich, although I saw that I was eating breakfast alone, The hotel has a bus stop to the airport in three minutes, and it takes about 10-15 minutes to the old city. It is very convenient to have a bus to LINDOS for only 6 euros.

GGuest UserWe booked a 5 day holiday in rhodes town, which included, flights, transfers and accommodation at the City Plus Hotel We knew it was a 2star and thats fine , we loved the location and surrounding area Bering in mind its only a 2 Star and we were very pleased with the room , comfortable beds ,not soft , quite firm , perfect Breakfast was not included, so that was extra €9 and have to say it was Lovely, something for everyone, even bacon eggs and sausage The jewel in the crown are the staff A family run establishment and we arrived as guests but left as friends Especially Jannis and Thassos Thank you so very much for making our little holiday , a wonderful experience and we will definitely return Paul an Dave

GGuest UserAmaryllis, a dive , thifes,charged me €80.50 for one night, food disgusting, staff are thifes over charging for food and drinks , when paying for a room apparently my debit card is not working, but working OK when paying for food,had to pay cash for the room payed to the 3/8/23 then told to leave on the 30/8/23, throw me out on the streets stole my money, I'm truly stunned truly don't know what to say, horrible people, miserable, money grabbing soulless nasty people, if you are not a permanent resident who bookes a holiday at least 3 times a year for the last 40 years, you will most definitely pay a price for your stay , I've never experience a holiday stay like this in my life , I honestly can't say no more as the thought of this experience makes me sick to my stomach, I'm trying my hardest not to use the word Hotel, this place is a hell hole and all the staff are miserable thifing nasty people, I truly hope they all get there karma for the amount of money in cash they had stolen off me , PLEASE AVOID THEM LOWEST OF THE LOW , I'm going to stop this review now , please do not book a holiday stay here please,Don't be fooled by the big smile on this thife,

GGuest UserSo me and my brother flew in from England and stayed the week here, I booked before I looked at reviews then when I saw them i obviously panicked and thought it was gonna be a sh*T show, thankfully it was way better than expected. Firstly the location is great, 10 min walk from old town and the bus station where it costs €5 to go to lindos etc, sea a minute away, plenty of shops and restaurants around. The staff are very friendly and no extra fees were pushed on us, the room was clean, sure a bit of peeled paint was on the walls (not shocked due to humidity of Rhodes) but it was clean and nice. The room was cleaned 4 times in our 7 night stay and we enjoyed our visit, will definitely be staying again. I think some people pay for 2* and expect 5* lmao. For a 2* hotel it was way better than expected.
