Lovely stay in general, shuttle transfer took forever about 2.30hr so would recommend private taxi. Arrival around 2am greeted by friendly receptionist who informed us we could get food as restaurant is pretty much open 24hrs but we just wanted our bed. The bed large and comfy, lovely pillows. Room spacious good shower pressure and restocked mini fridge water, fizz, beer. Not a very nice outside seating area on ground floor, slab of stone with grass and cigarette butt's everywhere. Hundreds of ants in the room but room cleaned everyday so they seem to disappear then come back, guess can't be helped. Pools quiet but cold and salt walter, no problems getting a lounger but wasn't in school holidays. Food, good Greek brunch the best out of all restaurants. Breakfast buffet in main restaurant I struggled with and mostly just ate cereal and toast but I imagine choice would please most. I'm just not one for eating cheese potatos and veg for breakfast. Cocktails were good especially expresso martini and some premium brand spirits available. Lovely crepe and gelato shop. Pizza place on the beach was fab. Service overall friendly and welcoming. Entertainment was also good kids and adults loved the magician wasnt cheesy at all really made everyone laugh. What did disapoint me was lack of things to do in the day for children, there was a kids club located on the beach and a schedule of activities but when we visited was just always colouring in. Maybe as I said wasn't the school uk holidays. Overall great relaxing holiday bit don't think we would return unfortunately

My sister and me had a wonderful week at Casa Cook Rhodes. The room we stayed it was stunning and the whole resort has a beautiful and modern style. We felt all the time super welcomed, the service at Casa Cook is outstanding. Special thanks goes out to Petros, who has been really supportive during our whole stay and who always made sure we are having a great time. Thanks to the all of the team, our stay was amazing!

Large room with very little storage, you have an open hanger rail and a couple of drawers. Only a coffee machine in the room, no kettle, tea, or iron. The rooms are not soundproofed but seem to be fine after 23:00. The sunbeds around the pool are about eight inches from the ground. Some are just a foam pad on the floor it may look cool, but they are impractical and uncomfortable. You can not reserve beds, which is good, but any bed left for more than 15 minutes will have your items removed. You are not allowed your own soft drinks around the pool. Only those bought from the bar are allowed. That includes water it is rather strange watching adults surreptitiously eating crisps and drinking water from their bags. Breakfast is good but only the water is self-service all other drinks need to be served by a member of staff. Which can take a while as they can be extremely busy. I recommend going half board as the evening meals are very good, it is an ever changing menu served at your table. Our waitress Rafaela was always smiling, and nothing was too much trouble. WiFi and Aircon are excellent. Most nights, the entertainment is a dj on the couple of nights they had live bands it was very good. The Bus to Rhodes only 4 euro from outside the Hotel you are also very close to a supermarkets and the beach which was great for swimming. Stavroula was very, very helpful when we had a room problem. Her customer service was very impressive. Some of my comments may seem a bit negative, but we did enjoy our stay and would certainly go back.

A lovely hotel with very friendly staff - as you'd expect for a 2 star it isn't the best place in Greece but it's perfect for those who expect to be out and about constantly. We used it as a place to sleep and have a few dirnks whilst getting ready and it was great: the staff couldn't have been more helpful giving us a key fob so we could come in late at night, offering us free drinks and booking us taxis

So me and my brother flew in from England and stayed the week here, I booked before I looked at reviews then when I saw them i obviously panicked and thought it was gonna be a sh*T show, thankfully it was way better than expected. Firstly the location is great, 10 min walk from old town and the bus station where it costs €5 to go to lindos etc, sea a minute away, plenty of shops and restaurants around. The staff are very friendly and no extra fees were pushed on us, the room was clean, sure a bit of peeled paint was on the walls (not shocked due to humidity of Rhodes) but it was clean and nice. The room was cleaned 4 times in our 7 night stay and we enjoyed our visit, will definitely be staying again. I think some people pay for 2* and expect 5* lmao. For a 2* hotel it was way better than expected.

Lots of shops and restaurants nearby.
Spacious clean rooms with a balcony. Daily change of towels. Great, helpful and always smiling staff at the reception. I would highly recommend it

NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL Our group of 6 people arrived at this hotel and was checked in by a young man on the night shifts. We had 1 twin room & 4 singles. 3 of our party ended up in their annex which was a 7 minute walk away and we we’re supposedly upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi on the balcony along with another of our party. Due to overbooking he had to move rooms the following day and ended up in the annex with the others which was very inconvenient. Our room was very small for 2 people and the bathroom / wet room is the smallest I have ever seen. No room to put a toilet bag anywhere and everything got soaked when showering. Our towels were changed daily as we had to use them to mop up the floor after showering. The jacuzzi on the balcony was overlooked by the hotels opposite and we only used it once for this reason. The cooked breakfast was lukewarm most mornings and only tinned fruit on offer along with cold meats & cheeses. The cereal seemed stale and the diluted fresh orange wasn’t replenished. It was noisy from the street if you left your doors open. We didn’t use the gym which was quite basic and the sauna was always switched off. We complained about our rooms and the group being separated but no one was interested. Those in their annex had bigger rooms but noise from the bars and the tarpaulin from an adjacent building constantly flapping made it hard to get a decent nights sleep. The location was ok being 10 minutes from the old town and beach with lots of tavernas nearby to eat. I wouldn’t stay in this hotel again and I wonder how it got its 4 star rating

Moschos Hotel is located right by the beach and has been renovated in 2020/2021. The hotel is family owned and the owners were super welcoming and friendly. During the booking process you will easily see which rooms have already been renovated. We booked the Superior Room we featured a large terrace with view over the ocean. The room was newly renovated and very clean. Bed was very comfortable and the area was quiet. Walking distance to the beach was 1 minute, with the hotel also offering a nice pool. There are plenty of restaurants in walking distance and you can also do a few hikes without needing a car (eg up to the close by monastery). Cab from the airport took 20 minutes and was 30 Euros with tip. We can definitely recommend this place!

Hello all, my husband and I are currently staying at the esperia city hotel Rhodes. We have no complaint at all about this hotel. Rooms are clean, all areas are clean staff are friendly and very helpful. Lovely breakfast that caters for various dietary requirements. I am from the uk and do not necessarily want an English breakfast which is available everyday, because I love to eat the authentic food in the country I am staying. The Greek style breakfast is amazing and so much choice. The hotel is centrally located for everything, beach, harbour , restaurants, bars, and many shops supermarkets!! too much choice !! We were worried about staying here as there are a few very negative comments about this hotel. Do not believe them, we are a well travelled couple and we usually stay in the top hotels around the world !!! 5* For a 3* hotel we are extremely impressed and would definitely return 😃

If this is your first vacation you probably won't mind too much. But I would not book this hotel again. Rooms are definitely old. Not enough outlets. No vanity kit or other amenities in the room to speak of. Tiny tv. Noticeably noisy. Hallways have no sound dampening, my room ended up being above the restaurant so all the noise from the 24/7 restaurant made sleep practically impossible. Tiny bed. Double bed is two tiny beds put together. Very firm mattresses. My first room had a foul odor. Second did not. Overall not a five-star experience. Overpriced for what it is. Food is decent. Pool is good. If you're not planning on spending too much time in your room then choose wisely.

JJezza for lifeI recently had the pleasure of staying at the 10GR Boutique Hotel & Wine Bar, and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The service at this hotel was top-notch; the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. They were not only professional but also incredibly friendly and attentive. Their warmth and hospitality truly made me feel welcome.
The facilities at the hotel were excellent as well. The room I stayed in was tastefully decorated, clean, and well-maintained. I appreciated the attention to detail in every aspect of the room's design. The common areas of the hotel were also lovely and had a charming ambiance.
Now, let's talk about the food – it was a highlight of my stay. The breakfast offered at the 10GR Boutique Hotel & Wine Bar was simply exceptional. The variety of options and the quality of the dishes exceeded my expectations. Each morning, I eagerly looked forward to starting my day with the delicious spread they provided. It was evident that they put a lot of effort into creating a delightful breakfast experience for their guests.
In summary, my experience at 10GR Boutique Hotel & Wine Bar was fantastic. The service was impeccable, the facilities were impressive, and the food was a real treat. Outstanding
Brief review of our stay in July at Mayia. We arrived late but we were greeted warmly and offered a drink. Check-in was swift (returning guests, so they had all our details) and a short wait to get the buggy to our room. Unfortunately, we weren't provided any food, which was a little disappointing, but it was late, so we just decided to grab a drink and unpack. The food is amazing in all restaurants, including the buffet and street food. Service is great in all of them apart from Wasabi. We didn’t have a good experience. The Greek Resaurant was probably our favourite, for the food and especially the service, they really stood out. Massive improvement from our visit last year. the pool bar is great, the boys are amazing, and they really do go out their way to look after you. I think they could do with a few more tables down there when the hotels full, we had to go back to the room one night as there wasnt anywhere to sit at any of the bars to enjoy a drink. The hotel could probably do with paying a little bit more attention to maintenance, I know its the height of season but we had some issues with the room that really should of been sorted before the next guests check in. Cleaner was really good, mini bar guys were friendly and happy to swap stuff. Last year, we were there October so a bit of a different crowd this time. It was getting a little tiresome having to stop all the time as the influencers / Instagrams were taking the perfect shot! Some were very rude, but thats out the hotels hands, so not their fault, just an observation. Lindos is a must, we caught the bus there and taxi back, dont be put off by the queue for the taxis is goes down really quickly. Overall, it was a nice relaxing stay with amazing food and drink. We will return for a third visit at some point, but we are going to visit some new places first.

GGuest UserFantastic hotel. Would stay here again without any hesitation. The all inclusive food was superb and the best we have ever had (including restaurants) the room with private pool was brilliant, spacious and light. Well stocked mini bar!! My only slight observation would be that some of the hotel needed a bit of minor cosmetic attention (cracks in glass etc) and room housekeeping (sometimes hair and fluff left on floor) but this did not detract from the quality of the overall stay. There were quite a few children around and other reviews suggest plenty for kids to do, however we didn’t take our children on this short stay but believe they may have been slightly bored if they had come along - besides a small pool / slide and play area there did not seem a lot for children. Please keep in mind we were not specifically looking as we were child free so this is not a criticism . Booking of restaurants is essential - download the mitsis app which was a godsend! It features all restaurant menus and concierge so you can add extras. . Super impressed with the hotel!

My husband returned to Pefkos after staying last year at the Matina. We arrived around 1130pm and were given keys to room 148. This was up the hill but the lower block. This room was round the back, no view but also no light to even put your key in the door...pitch black! We advised reception next day and this was rectified. The room was very small, a triple room. If we had brought our teenager or another adult it would not be suitable at all. You couldn't swing a cat. The patio was a decent size, albeit high concrete walls. We unfortunately couldn't sit out as the place was crawling with ants. Our last day we extended the room and were advised we would need go move to room 143. This room was also a triple but much better. Lovely view and much more spacious. Based on the original room. I wouldn't return. My husband reserved a table at Nostalgia coming back from the beach one night. We said we would be back in around 45 minutes. On arrival we were advised we couldn't have the table as someone else had reserved that particular one that had been before. Funny that this wasn't mentioned 45 mins earlier. So if you book and you're not a 'regular' prepare to have your table preference removed. The waiter was very rude to my husband and in hindsight, we should have turned round and left. We are thankfully going back to Kos in a couple of weeks after visiting for the first time in June and have to say the two islands don't compare in terms of hospitality.

GGuest UserThis is a very good hotel, the location is brilliant, 1 minute walk away from the beach. The Old Town where the main attractions are is 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive away.
There is parking right out the front free of charge, it can be tricky to find a space, I imagine in the summer it would be difficult but May was fine, I was able to park every day.
The breakfast was fine as well but very busy with not many tables left over. There was also a good choice.
The rooms were clean, although I could not find any controls for the air conditioning so it did get quite stuffy. The air con comes on very briefly when the balcony door is closed and then goes off again after a minute. There were also quite a few small bugs around the balcony door and a few in the bathroom but this may just be because it was very hot in there.
All in all though, a great hotel

GGuest UserI wonder which rooms were shown for the hotel to get 4 star rating. Based on how our room looked and the breakfast, it cannot get more than 2,5 stars. Pros: great location, friendly staff (but i guess in this line of business friendliness is requires). I’ll put breakfast here, although it was nothing special…continental breakfast with not so many choices, but it is eatable. Cons: room had a whole wall chipping due to water issues in the past. Absolutely no sound proof, the door to the room had a 2cm crqck between the floor and door. So the result was we heard everything and everyone in the hallway. Not only that the guests don’t respect the silence sign, the cleaning ladies as well (cleaning room above ours at 6:30, moving furniture). The toilet/shower was all in one, such a small space that when we showered the water went all around, even wetting the toilet paper. And after you shower, it’s impossible to use the toilet till the next morning, as the floor is flooded and we had to go to the lobby toilet. The sink is moved next to the bad, which is not an issue for me, but the faucet is broken so you can’t close it. For the price they have it’s definitely not worth it.

GGuest UserNicely refurbished small hotelwith central location. Friendly service from the owner and decent breakfast. I first stayed in a room to the back of the building without balcony and with a very small bathroom from which water was flooding all over the room. Lots of noise from the small bar on the ground floor in this room. Then moved to a regular room on the front side with balcony which was of good quality and without the problems of the first room. Fully satisfied with the second room while the first room was below expectations (therefore only 3 points out of five for facilities).

GGuest UserWe went as a couple and stayed in a superior studio. The room had twin beds pushed together to make a double. It has a long couch-like seat at the bottom of the bed, with walking space between so you could go out to the balcony. The balcony had a table with 2 chairs. Inside also had a table with 2 chairs. A dressing table with a chair and wall mirror above. A double wardrobe with a safe inside that you can hire. A kitchen area with a fridge inside had a small freezer compartment, pans, cups, glasses, cutlery and plates for both of us, a coffee machine, a two-ring electric hob, and a sink. Towels were provided and the shower was always hot. We had a room on the ground floor with a view of the orange groves. The room was cleaned daily by a friendly bunch of ladies. Lovely pool area with lots of sun loungers and a bar serving food and drinks all day. They also have a spitroast BBQ 2 nights a week and offer guest options of B&B, Breakfast and dinner, or room only. The staff and owners were always very friendly and ready to help. Would definitely stay here again. Only a short work to the main street with lots of bars and restaurants and shops. The pebbled beach was also a short walk from the apartments. We did not go on the beach as had pebbles, but there are lots of sandy beaches to visit some busy and some very private. Just 2 mins from the apartments there is plenty of car/quad/bike rentals, taxis, or bus routes, so easy to explore the island. Only 10 mins drive from the airport. We got a taxi straight outside the airport, and the owner of the apartments phoned us for a taxi back to the airport.

Travelled in late June. Hotel was full but not all the amenities were open, the bar over the pool, the inside bar/restaurant was only offering breakfast. The pool was lovely but the step access is not mobility impaired friendly and did cause me problems. Plenty of sunbeds/umbrellas available. Grounds clean and tidy, though towards the end of the week some of the customers could not be bothered to use the bins supplied which was frustrating. Rooms are basic but we're clean and functional. Attempting self catering would be challenging as extremely limited kitchen equipment was available. I forgot to take plugs for the sink a trick I remember previously! Rooms were serviced daily to a good standard. Gardens were lovely, leading to the on site taverna - food was brilliant and a great variety to suit all needs, good value too. No entertainment within hotel, but this suited our needs but may be an issue for others. We knew that we were close to the airport (10 minute transfer), a deliberate choice, be aware you are directly under the landing flight path - didn't bother us but I suspect others might complain

We arrived late it looked very nice ,rooms basic no water in the fridge no kettle etc brought my own, beds in the living area were stone with a matress on my granddaughter didn't complain only place for clothes was the wardrobe in my bedroom . Food in the restaurant was good always found something to eat but the pool snack area was relatively the same every day but kids seem to like it . The bars were not well staffed and with three adults you could still only get 2 alcoholic drinks at a time which was not good after a few days they let us have more ! . The a la carte bar was nice and comfortable but it was €6 a pint and my granddaughter loved the pizza there and the barman was very pleasant. The kids disco was enjoyable for my 6 year old granddaughter because she made some lovely friends there but that is where the evening entertainment was which was supposedly abysmal (we never went because it was stinky and not very comfortable on plastic chairs) luckily we made friends with people and just sat outside the hotel bar . Outside the hotel is nothing really but we went to the rainbow bar to watch the football and beautiful sunsets! and that is a really nice place very friendly staff . Animation team try their best the kids club my 6 year old granddaughter went to did their best took them to the aquapark one day and she drew pictures the rest of the time , they did things round the pool aqua aerobics and water polo nearly every day . To be honest I still had a really good time with my family there but they do need more staff , I know this day and age there are cutbacks everywhere but some people have to save for a long time for a family holiday and I think the management need to realise that and make sure people have a great time . The staff I encountered were all very nice but I think they need more so that they enjoy working .
