Excelente personal tanto de recepcion como de habitaciones restaurante y desayunos. Atendieron perfectamente nuestras peticiones. Las vistas a la playa son espectaculares. El desayuno perfecto. Las camas muy buenas. La piscina es moderna y estaba impecable.

Wat een slecht hotel. 300 euro per nacht excl. ontbijt. Geen airco, zeer vieze toiletten bij het restaurant. Douche valt tegen, wisselend, ineens zeer heet waarbij je je bijna verbrand en dan weer ikskoud. Personeel van de bar zeer onvriendelijk. Parkeergelegenheid matig. Overig personeel onvriendelijk en nors. Voor 300 euro mag je meer verwachten dan je krijgt in dit hotel. Locatie aardig maar verder vergane glorie met onvriendelijk volk. Een echte teleurstelling voor 1350 euro, jammer.

Decepción absoluta,limpieza cero en habitaciones y baños,incluso en salón de desayuno,incluso habiendo avisado en recepción,hotel 4*y es un hostal.Lo único vistas maravillosas.Camas en las que no se puede dormir,nos intentaron estafar poniéndonos serrano en vez de jamón de bellota,hoja de reclamaciones.Sin aire acondicionado un hotel de 4 estrellas,alcachofa de ducha de los años 60,se hace un charco fuera de la ducha porque no sella bien ,bidé sale un hilo de agua no se puede ni enjuagar los bañadores,todo muy sucio y aún advirtiéndolo no te ponen toallas ya que como toalla de manos tenía dos alfombrillas del suelo,pésimo. Las camas son tableros de madera,y no es barato.Sobre todo decir que en las fotos de esta página aparece que tiene balneario que lleva cerrado 3 años,yo me lleve hasta los gorros,y el gimnasio igual,cerrado.El ascensor se cae de sucio que está y el panel de los botones descolgado y encima es diminuto para un hotel con tantas habitaciones.No hay ni simpatía,solo se salva en la recepción un tal Pablo que es agradable.Si volvemos al entorno jamás volveremos a este hotel,hemos estado 7 días y ha sido una odisea entre reclamaciones y esquivar suciedad y calor

El servicio del personal de restaurante esta noche ha sido pésimo. Desde niño he frecuentado este hotel. Lo conozco muy bien y, nunca he recibido un trato tan malo y descortés confirmando el poco interés en servir al cliente. La nueva administración de la cadena Silken Hoteles augura un futuro malo si esta actitud de “poco importa” no se corrige y más aún en temporada alta. El turismo de calidad que aspira atraer Ribadesella con este histórico hotel no se consigue con un manejo tan malo.

La verdad es que viajamos mucho y conocemos muchos hoteles de 4* y este no tiene nada que ver,el único que se salva es Pablo en recepción,es muy amable.La limpieza 0,ni baños ,ni habitación ,se limitan a hacer la cama y poner toallas,me he tirado con la mierda con la q entré hasta que me he ido 7 días más tarde aún habiéndolo avisado.Un buen viajero sabe que en hotel las vistas cuentan mucho pero no lo suficiente como para ponerle 4* a un hostal,muy antiguo,ascensor muy pequeño,y luego te estafan con el precio por lo que es ,ya que no tienen ni spa ni gimnasio que es con lo que se anuncian y además la comida,yo me voy con una hoja de reclamaciones por intentar engañarme cobrándome una ración de jamón bellota y ponerme jamón serrano,lo que pasa q me di cuenta ,pero cuantos no se darán cuenta,en definitiva he pasado 7 días de mis vacaciones casi cabreada y estafada.y lo peor es que no tienen aire acondicionado,hemos venido del sur huyendo del calor y aquí estamos más asfixiados por la humedad y no podemos ni poner el aire,nos subieron un ventilador😳,volveremos pero no a este hotel,dice en la página que tiene bidé,sale un chirrido de agua que ni siquiera se pueden enjuagar los bañadores,una pena

Hotel was in a great location with a lovely pool and direct beach access as well as a padel court. Because of this, many other aspects are disregarded as important. Some staff at reception were great as were the staff at the cafes and restaurants. Staff at the reception desk, in particular the supervisor/ manager didn’t take our incident seriously which resulted in my partner being burnt. The shower changed temperature to scolding hot without us touching it and resulted in my partner screaming out of the shower and his chest having burn marks. After raising the incident at reception, nothing was done. I raised it again and the supervisor came, turns out he’d overheard about the issue and didn’t do anything about it. He asked me for the room number and just said sorry we will see what went wrong, extremely unapologetic and disingenuous for what is an extremely dangerous experience. Given this is a very family oriented hotel, that incident could cause serious damage to kids and highly doubt anything will be done to resolve it going forwards given the attitude and lack of concern we received. The hotel is outdated and lots of aspects are not 4* level along the price we paid which was £250 per night. Spending that money elsewhere gives you a far more relaxing and enjoyable experience.
