Bel Hotel quasiment sur la plage ! Chambre pour 4 au dernier étage alors que nous étions seulement 2: parfait.
Vue sur mer depuis de grand vélux.
Facile de se garer dans la rue (mois de juin).

Me sorprendió muy gratamente abrir la terraza y ver el mar la habitacion muy limpia amplia y cama comoda y grande desayuno muy bueno personal muy atento y ubicacion excelente se puede ir andando a todos los sitios eso si son paseos largos me llama la atención que ves la playa x la mañana y a medio día desaparece

Excellent in every regard Quiet all you will hear is waves Clean immaculately Well appointed Lift Friendly helpful staff a great team Pablo the owner turns up every day and keeps an eye on things Third visit in a year since discovering Asturias and Picos Europa to South R Sella and anglers and canoeists paradise Stayed 2 weeks, dinner in hotel several times which was good Breakfast excellent

We had a really nice, pleasant stay at the hotel. We had a room with a balcony facing the sea, the view was just awesome. The room itself was spacious, clean, and cozy. The breakfast had all the staples and fresh pressed orange juice. The staff from reception to breakfast service, to cleaning staff, was really friendly and helpful. If you arrive by car, you can park on the street, or rent a parking lot in the garage. The village has some supermarkets, and really good restaurants for dinner and lunch.

Mi experiencia con el hotel se queda únicamente en el proceso de reserva, ya que nos cancelaron la reserva, realizada con seis meses de antelación, 24 horas antes de nuestra llegada por un problema en la formalización de la reserva. Puedo comprender que sino se aporta toda la documentación, finalmente el hotel anule la reserva pero no entiendo ni entenderé que los gerentes de este hotel con tan buena reputación no tengan mecanismos que revisen las reservas y que sin ningún escrúpulo anulen una reserva sin avisar al cliente con tiempo suficiente para enmendar su error, ofreciendo nuevamente dicha habitación como disponible. Sinos hubieran avisado antes hubiéramos colaborado y proporcionado la información necesaria, pero no nos ofrecieron dicha oportunidad y sin avisar nos anularon la reserva. Únicamente nos mandaron un correo comunicando la anulación 24h antes de nuestra llegada cuando ya no se podía hacer nada. Además cuando contactamos con el hotel ni siquiera nos ofrecerieron una explicación racional ni una disculpa formal. Tanta esmero para organizar unas vacaciones familiares (reservando con meses de antelación y contactando telefónicamente con el hotel para confirmar que todo estaba en orden) para que luego en menos de una hora nos quedemos sin vacaciones. Espero que esta opinión ayuden a futuros clientes para sean conocedores de las consecuencias sino rellenan correctamente la reserva y que sea útil al hotel para que sea conocer de los fallos que tiene en su sistema de reserva.
