In general, a good place to stay. It offers good cleanliness, reasonable amenities and the staff are friendly and helpful. I've been to this accommodation other times and I really liked it, however, in this particular reservation, there were certain things that didn't go so well, namely, there were no bath towels available anywhere in the apartment and the shower didn't work properly. At the time I didn't inform them about what happened and I didn't ask for towels or for the shower to be fixed, just because I arrived at the accommodation late and only stayed one night. I believe the problem is with that specific apartment or something similar, because I've been to others and everything was fine, but they should take that into account as all the apartments are equally in good condition.

Apartamento muito bom sempre limpo e com muito espaço e privacidade, ambiente tranquilo perfeito para relaxar, staff muito simpatico e prestavel pedi um forno antes do check-in e quando cheguei já estava no apartamento, gostamos muito... Pontos negativos Na visita aos jardins achamos que não estavam muito cuidados e o pequeno almoço não é nada de extraordinario achamos que o valor que nos estavam a pedir por pessoa 12€ que iriamos encontrar uma variadade de produtos e iguarias tradicionais da ilha e não foi o que aconteceu!! Não havia queijinhos (havia queijo flamengo fatiado e fiambre em fatias muito grossas)os doces eram da marca do continente fruta só havia maçãs e laranjas enfim preço qualidade deixou muito a desejar tudo o resto estava perfeito.

Very beautiful garden around the hotel with lots of flowers, but some places are not cared for. The playground for children was dirty and needed updates. The apartment was really old and not the same as was in the photo. The kitchen equipment is old and unsafe. It was very noisy because you can hear every breath of your neighbors.
Without a car, you cannot access the facility. The area around looks like an industrial. Also, there are lots of cats and they come in into apartments and can steal something from your table. I have a strong allergy, so it was a pity surprise for me. I do not recommend this place for the vacation.

Reception staff were unclear and not very accommodating. There are also a lot of cats around the property which we were not aware there would be, I am allergic and the reception’s response was ‘staff usually enjoy them’.
