Localização boa, café da manhã muito bom, limpeza boa, colchão e travesseiros péssimos com um plástico que esquenta e faz barulho.Estacionamento R$ 15,00.

Hotel antigo mas reformado. Localização ótima.

Hotel maravilhoso em tudo do atendimento ao designer de cada andar tudo limpo e aconchegante, funcionários educados e prestativos.. café da manhã top, tudo bem organizado as crianças amaram a área da piscina e a academia, quartos ótimos.

Hotel excelente, café da manhã maravilhoso, recepção nem tanto, o que fez a diferença foi o recepcionista Lucas excelente atendimento, educação nota mil, inclusive outros atendentes foram grosseiros ao meu check-in. Fora esses pequenos problemas super recomendo o hotel!

Hotel muito bonito e conservado , gostei do café da manhã, do apartamento e do banheiro que é muito espaçoso. Só não gostei do travesseiro pois é muito baixo. Atendimento dos recepcionista foi maravilhoso desde o início com o Lucas até a saída com a Lilian.

Bad experience! There was a wedding on the morning of my arrival and I called ahead to request early check-in. The reservations department confirmed it, but when I arrived there was no room; I couldn't get ready and I was late for the wedding. The employees were rude, unfriendly and said it was my problem and nothing could be done.

WORST HOTEL IN RIBEIRÃO PRETO! We paid DEARLY and VERY DEARLY to have peace and comfort and in return we received accommodation on a filthy and noisy construction site! The worst experience I've had in a hotel in my entire life! We stayed at the hotel for two days having paid for a superior room WITH SOUND INSULATION. We did not observe any extraordinary event during the night, but before eight o'clock in the morning, we were awakened by an infernal noise of saws, talking and hammering coming from the room opposite ours. I opened the bedroom door and, just like that, a construction site set up in the fifth floor corridor overnight! A filth filled the hallway, which was just dust, and the noise, coming from the room under construction in question, took over the entire place. When reporting this event to the manager, he shrugged his shoulders in an attitude of pure disregard, merely mentioning that he would see what was happening. When I asked him why the floor was not isolated to carry out work - if it was urgent - he continued with the same arrogant attitude and shrugged off my question. We spent the day out and, when we returned, no one from the hotel came to us to explain what had happened. The following morning (a Saturday) we were woken up before eight in the morning again by the noise of the work that had been resumed. This time, the manager was not located and the receptionist had to call the maintenance person to "check the problem". We checked out shortly after and, to our displeasure, surprise and indignation, NOTHING WAS RESOLVED. No apology, no position from management, no action to change rooms, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING was done. The manager of this establishment is an arrogant, arrogant amateur, with abysmal incompetence and complete and unforgivable ignorance when it comes to dealing with customers! I have never experienced such neglect and embarrassment anywhere I have stayed! I'm still waiting for a retraction and a formal apology from this little hotel that doesn't even deserve half a star for its construction site!

The accommodation is incredible, great value for money, excellent breakfast. Only Checkin took a long time, because there were only two employees and a huge queue and only one elevator was working, taking a long time to go down and up.
