O atendimento é bacana, funcionários muito prestativos. Porém acredito que tenha sido um fds esporádico, pois o hotel estava com muitos hóspedes e parece que eles não se programaram para isso. O café da manhã parecia que tinha acabado. Faltavam muitas coisas, como copos, xícaras, talheres e principalmente, comidas e bebidas (pão, café, etc.)
Outro ponto a ser levantado, é que o estacionamento do hotel é terceirizado, logo você tem que pagar por isso, à parte. Valor da diária do estacionamento, um tanto elevada, pelo serviço prestado. Além do hotel, não deixar muito claro sobre isso.
