Chegamos no hotel às 19hs e não tinha quarto disponível! De tanto insistir e para não perder o meu compromisso, quiseram dar um quarto sujo provisoriamente. Tivemos que brigar muito comigo para conseguir um quarto limpo!

Efetuei o pagamento duas vezes, primeiro pela reserva no app da Trip, constava ja na minha fatura mostrei pra recepcionista e mesmo assim disseram que não tinha nenhum pagamento e paguei novamente no débito no ato do checkin, agora correr atrás perder um bom tempo pro reembolso.

Cheguei para fazer check in la pelas 1830 tive que aguardar ate as 1910 para eles acharem um quarto porque falaram que estavam sem sistema , ai quando subir e fui tomar banho bateram na minha porta para ver se meu quarto estava vago , apos isso desci para pegar algumas coisas no bar do hall mais 30 minutos para atender muito absurdo isso , coloquem frigo bar no quarto pessimo atendimento
