A Ana Carolina (diretora geral) tem todos os méritos em comandar uma equipe tão afinada e competente

Quarto bom e bem higienizado. Atendimento também muito bom (principalmente por parte do Gilberto).

Gosto do Hotel pelo formato localizção.

Quarto Pequeno. Um pouco maior do que os convencionais IBIS.
O ponto positivo é o café da manhã e o Banho (Ducha do Banho) Perfeitos. 
Funcionários pouco pró-ativos, excluindo o pessoal do restaurante que era bom, todos os outros tinha caras de muitoo cansados.

The breakfast was terrible, tasted bad. And the service was not professional. When I checked out, they ask me every drink which we had used in minibar, how could I remember the detail? Then when I checked the bill, they asked why I can’t pay immediately? In fact the billing is wrong.I don’t think this hotel deserve a chain hotel. I will not chose this hotel again. If someone would like to book it, it should be very low expectation. 早餐很糟糕，味道很差。 而且服务不专业。 当我结账时，他们问我在迷你吧里用过的每一种饮料，我怎么记得细节？ 然后当我检查账单时，他们问我为什么不能立即付款？ 事实上，账单是错误的。我认为这家酒店不应该成为连锁酒店。 我不会再选择这家酒店了。 如果有人想预订它，它应该是非常低的期望。

A little room, a little bigger than the conventional IBIS.
The good point is breakfast and the perfect bathroom. 
Unproactive officials, excluding the staff of the restaurant that was good, all others had very tired faces.
