Lovely Hotel, lovely staff was last week if the season so weather on last day was a bit grey, but otherwise OK for sun worshippers, pool was cool for same reason, but still swam, sea was also OK for swimming. TUI Boat trip was great. Captain produced white wine on way back. Food wasn't Michelin standard, but for £500 pp for 7 nights we eat well - probably too well. Room was good standard and made up daily. TUI coach trip to lighthouse, Tropea and Pizzo very informative, maybe a bit long for us.

Food was nice had a variation for breakfast, Lunch and dinner. fresh pasta cooked in front of you, fresh salads and fruits. Ice cream and cakes, Beer on Tap, coffee machine and Bean to cup. Cocktails were nice but watered down, beds in need of a upgrade. Rooms were clean we were given a upgrade on check in to a pool view room, The room was nice but paid for a sea view. Staff were very happy to let us chose which room we wanted as the sea-view was out of the way and not as updated as the pool view. Beautiful views and sunsets. Golf cart to the beach and back at set times or you could walk down to it if you prefer take a 10-15 min downhill. Beach bar and sunlounges Beach bar payable. Train station 10 min walk so much cheaper than the Taxi service Offred and easy to use only costs around 1.80 Euro one way. Great view of Stromboli. Entertainment Offred through the day and most evenings while we were there. Lots of sun loungers around the pool there was always some available throughout the day. Pool bar serves cocktails, wine Beer and spirits with a All-inclusive menu. The four resident cats are included in the entertainment Team. The pool was very cold but great to cool off in as the pool area is a suntrap all day. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was our first TUI holiday and other than the rooms and defiantly the beds need a upgrade it was very good and would recommend for a relaxing holiday with great views. The hotel Offred excursions too.

Siamo da poco tornati da quel bellissimo albergo e ne sentiamo gia' la mancanza. E' stato tutto perfetto, a cominciare dalla gentilezza delle ragazze nella reception, la pulizia della camera, l'organizzazione del soggiorno, dell'ambiente, l'atmosfera di relax, la sublime cucina italiana, i simpaticissimi camerieri, la meravigliosa terra calabrese. Un ringraziamento speciale a grande Pino Palamara per la sua musica e emozioni che trasmetteva... Ci torneremo!!! Lilla Mancini

The waiting staff and chefs make this hotel. We had a great time - the food was delicious and varied but I would have liked to see more Calabrian dishes. Freshly made omelette for breakfast was wonderful - made by Carla. Fresh pasta sauces daily - plenty of seafood. The entertainment was dour whilst we were there - no live music as billed - only the entertainment staff- Greta was OK but the man (sorry don't know his name) was terrible. He tried to bully people into activities by calling them lazy or boring because they just wanted to relax by the pool. One night for entertainment we had bingo and another musical chairs - we though we were in playschool! Our room was beautiful with views out to Stromboli and the other islands (when clear) and the sunsets were lovely. Would we return? Yes probably but it was a 95 minute transfer which isn't great after a 3 and a half hour flight

Io e il mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura a metà settembre. Entrambi ci teniamo a sottolineare la meraviglia di questa vacanza, resa veramente tale dalla conchiglia resort e spa - Tui suneo. Siamo stati coccolati sotto ogni aspetto: dal punto di vista dei servizi grazie alle due piscine, alla pulizia giornaliera delle stanze, al campo da padel ( ad accesso gratuito) e ai vari giochi messi a disposizione degli ospiti; dal punto di vista dell'animazione presente ma mai invadente, ci soffermiamo quindi a ringraziare Geatano e il suo team per la loro cordialità, simpatia e professionalità. Gaetano si è rivelato un grande artista, musicista e intrattenitore che ci ha lasciato un prezioso ricordo. Da sottolineare anche la cucina del resort, dove oltre alla qualità e varietà del cibo offerto si fa valere la simpatia e professionalità dei cuochi, in particolare dei giovani cuochi Cosimo e Emanuele, ragazzi preparati, alla mano e affabili. Le lodi si applicano a tutto lo staff a partire dalla reception fino al bar. Siamo rimasti colpiti e sorpresi dall'esperienza che ci è stata offerta e non possiamo far altro che consigliare di passare qualche giorno in questa magica struttura. Grazie di cuore dai ragazzi di Roma.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, ristorante ottimo, ragazzi gentilissimi e un grazie particolare alle ragazze della reception Luana, Giovanna, Alessandra e Mariarosa. L'unica cosa da migliorare l'animazione la sera. Il mare è stupendo e la posizione è molto comoda: c'è un servizio navetta che accompagna i clienti alla spiaggia in diverse fasce orarie. Nel complesso esperienza super positiva e ci tornerei.

Hôtel où les francophones ne sont pas les bienvenus (personnel parlant la plupart italien ou anglais); le programme d’animation TUI Suneo par l’animateur Gaetano est vraiment nul (en soirée, chaises musicales); restaurant à la carte où il fait sortir sa carte bancaire ainsi que pour les boissons à la plage; plage de laitier et non de sable blanc; hôtel au milieu de nulle part; menus pas très variés au restaurant; un seul bar avec 4 tables; une toilette près du bar sinon il faut aller dans la chambre; en cas de mauvais temps, fait rester dans sa chambre parce que pas de grande salle couverte conviviale; pas de discothèque Mais le barman Francesco est très sympathique et répond à vos attentes

Ho passato una splendida giornata in questo resort con mio marito e sono stata benissimo. Accoglienza perfetta, tutte le ragazze della reception (Luana, Giovanna, Alessandra e Mariarosa) sono preparate e disponibili (traducono tutte le informazioni dall'inglese per gli ospiti italiani che non lo conoscono) Servizio navetta ottimo grazie a Giuseppe ed Eugenio,cucina ottima e personale di sala gentilissimo. Torneremo sicuramente l'anno prossimo!

Il contesto e’ veramente bellissimo,immerso nel verde,curato e pulito. Personale fantastico,dalla reception ( ragazze disponibilissime ,professionali e preparate) alle signore delle pulizie( grazie per la disponibilita’ ),dal personale del ristorante ( dei veri muli,sempre in movimento e disponibilissimi,complimenti ) ai bagnini. Da precisare che non e’ un vero all inclusive,dato che molte cose sono a pagamento : il bar della spiaggia ,il ristorante alla carta e diverse consumazioni. Le stanze ,noi eravamo in una superior,sono molto belle e dispongono di spazi verdi davvero piacevoli Il ristorante e’ a buffet,si mangia benino. Spiaggia piccola ma molto curata ; se tutti gli ospiti dovessero usufruirne,sarebbe un problema dato che la capienza e’ limitata. La sera c’e’ spesso della piacevolissima musica dal vivo,da ascoltare seduti a bordo piscina,con un bel drink. Uno dei nei di questo resort,e’ la navetta che conduce alla spiaggia,da rivedere. Un solo mezzo,operativo solo in determinati orari. Probabilmente torneremo
