Great little place, hidden gem I might say. I would have given it 5 stars across the board but the living room furnitures is very unfortable. And there is no frying pan in the kitchen, otherwise it's well stocked with silverware and dishes. The coffee maching down stairs is off the charts awesome. It makes Lattes, Cappichinos and more. It's wondersful. The front staff is always friendly and very accodating. Ask for an extra blanket if you're the cold type.

The hotel is unique in a fantastic way! The rooms are spotless, comfortable, and has everything you need.

Phenomenal stay! We stayed in the 2br/2ba accessible unit for 8 nights. This place is SPARKLING, white-glove clean. It smells fresh and they are constantly cleaning. The unit was exactly as pictured. Additional details: There is a TV in each bedroom and in the living room. This means that for a 2 bedroom unit, there are 3 TV's total in the unit. I cannot say enough about what it meant for each bedroom to have their own TV. We are a TV family and the last thing any of us wanted to do was share one TV while on vacation. Plus, they have DirecTV with premium channels!!! So we didn't miss any of our shows. The staff were ALL very friendly and nice. There was ample parking in their parking lot. Really, everything just exceeded my expectations. I will mention that we did hear some occasional noise (footsteps) from the unit above ours. That did not bother me. However, I have traveled with individuals who would've really been bothered by that--so I wanted to mention it. If you are that person who may be bothered by occasional footsteps (no other noise, just footsteps) then ask for a 4th floor unit and that way you'll be on the top. I highly recommend and this will forever be my go-to location whenever I'm in Dallas.

This place feels like home!The staff is friendly, attentive and accommodating. The rooms feel like a mini apartment with all necessities met. I love the coffee machine and tea available 24/7. I would definitely stay here again!

What a beautiful place!!!!This our second time staying in Waterwalk in Richardson we stay here June and July 2022 I am so impressed about the cleanest and comfort of the place!!!we have a 2 bedroom appointment and full kitchen , washer and dryer as well big plus!!!!We just love it!! The staff are amazing and so helpful!! Thank you Khaoula, Chse Yoab and Brad to make us fell at home!Definitely we are coming back again!! Highly recommended!!!

This has been by far the best experience I’ve ever had and this is why I’ve been at this property for 6 months. Water Walk is the most amazing, cleanest place I have ever stayed. The service is exceptional the staff is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Brad has the best customer service appeal, Khoula, Isabell, Yoab, Chase and the entire staff is amazing. Hands down you will not be disappointed with your stay at Water Walk.

I rented a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit for three weeks. It is clean, overall quiet, and the staff is SO NICE. They have been helpful and professional. We only had one little snag with housekeeping - they didn't clean our unit for 11 days - but they were quick to help and apologize once I pointed it out. My son is actually sad to go back to his own apartment and loves it here. We definitely recommend this place.

I stayed for long term Feb 2020 to Oct 2020, travelled solo. I had great experience staying here right from beginning. Staff is very helpful and Renea (General Manager) is always helpful and helped in all the manner. Customer service was at its best. I really like all the amenities that comes within room especially laundry. Kitchen has full utensils to prepare food. And the best part is BYB (Build your breakfast). It was helpful for someone like me who stayed for longtime to save some money on groceries. Thank you for making my stay memorable. Stay Safe
