Booked this hotel in the last minutes, not many choice. The hotel is good but not provide shuttle to airport.

Good location which closed to CF Richmond Centre. Free parking service which easy to access to hotel! Provide free airport bus shuttle services. Recommended this hotel and will visit again when I travel to Vancouver next time.

Close to airport

Great location! We stay a night there and go to airport after check out

I was upgraded to a suite which is super spacious and comfortable. The staff is super nice to let me check in early. However, there are pilly sheets so hope they will get some new bed linen.

The stay was perfect for any one wanting to layover in Richmond. It’s close to the airport and sky train. Avis car rental is also close by to pickup a rental car. The room was perfect for our family of 4

Not so close to the airport

This is a very good service hotel. I had claustrophobia and the reception staff accompanied me to see whether I can take the type of room. Very considerate and friendly. Convenient to airport with shuttle bus. Will stay in this hotel when in Vancouver again.

Decent location and facilities.

The location is good.The room is big.It is very convenient for PCR testing.

Only two bottles of mineral water were provided for the two nights of stay. I went downstairs to the front desk to ask for two more bottles. Although they gave them to me for free, they still told me that I needed to go to the water dispenser in the gym to get water. Hahahaha

I stayed for a total of five nights. On the first day, I was assigned a room on the fifth floor. There was a lot of noise. The lady at the service desk politely told me that the noise was present in any room. I asked to see another room and they took me to a room on the second floor. It turned out to be the same, with the same noise. I had to give up and go back to the room on the fifth floor. After insisting on this for three nights, I asked again to move me to a higher floor. Finally, they arranged a room on the 17th floor for me. As soon as I entered the room, I felt it was very quiet, and there was no noise from the fifth floor at all. I was very dissatisfied with such service!
