Place was good and safe ! Love the slide in the pool. Overall stay was good. Big comfy beds and clean. Great Location as it was close to the sky train. Good for families.

The location is great, as it's just next to the Sky Train station and also close to the airport. The size of the suite is perfect for a family of 4 like us. It is a surprise that the hotel has a indoor swimming pool with slide, kids were happy!

i enjoyed the hotel resort..Conveniently located in Richmond...Easily accessible to everything. Preferable to have a car. Sky train was avail , but we had our own vehicle. Resort fees includes the parking which is good compared to other hotels nearby that charges $50/night for parking. I definitely would recommend to stay here. Room sizes are large, good entertainment.

We only stayed for one night so we could enjoy the ****** while visiting the Vancouver Area. Check-in was friendly and easy; room was clean. Did not use any amenities so can't speak to much more than this. Would stay again if visiting the ******.

Our first room smelled like cigarette smoke. That stunk because we flew all day and were tuckered out. They did change our room. The location is kind of weird. Lots of stores like Costco and such. River side nice but marina had just had a fire and was empty. ****** seems old and outdated, no real ********** nor TVs to watch games. Food was good, we ate on the patio.

This stay was great. Location of hotel was a perfect. We utilized the pool which was nice and clean. I loved that it was only minutes walk to the Richmond night market. And only a short drive to shopping centers and restaurants. I deducted a star for the hotel amenities because the tower our room was located on only had one working elevator the entire weekend so it delayed us at times. Other than that, it was a nice hotel to stay at. Will definitely book here again when visiting Richmond.

Key transport hub at Canada Line (to downtown) and the Express bus to the BC Ferry at Tsawwassen (to Victoria). Decent transfer, checkout. Everything in the room worked, including good Wi-Fi.

Marina view is awesome. Room amenities not complete with no microwave and fee is $25 a day . For a $300 plus a day room, it should be included. Swimming pool and jacuzzi are nice. Convenient to ******. Overall, stay was nice.

Hotel location is perfect. It’s right next to the Richmond Night Market and has included parking in the garage right next to it. The staff, minus one experience, was all very nice and helpful. Our room was very cozy and perfect for what we needed. The AC blew nice and cold. My only complaint that could’ve brought the rating up higher was that our toilet’s water kept rising and would get self clogged even though we literally just had got there and just used the bathroom to pee. On our way out, we decided to go the front desk to ask someone to service it while we were out. They instead just asked me “so do you want a plunger?”. We had somewhere to be so I just said sure, maybe I can just take a look at it when I’m back. Well, after getting the toilet to flush, it just clogged again. So we pretty much had to use the plunger every single time we needed to use the bathroom which was really annoying. It really brought the experience of staying there, down.

Really nice hotel and clean. Close proximity to airport and outlet. Good room service and amenities. But the price is a little too high for what it’s offering in my opinion.
