I liked the hotel. Large parking, nice pool and jacuzzi, great breakfast. The room is clean and quiet. But! The $150 deposit for the room was not returned. I've been waiting three weeks for my return!

For an overnight stay it worked well! Airport shuttle was convenient. Lyft to port was a little farther than we would have liked.

great location near to the yvr airport, peaceful location, lots of adventure and entertainment sources nearby. it was an awsome stay overall.

It was nice. The room had a very large ceiling. The accommodation is close to the airport and the city center, so it's good for those who have a car. There is no separate parking fee and breakfast is provided and it is delicious. However, the bathroom seems a bit old, so the smell of water comes out if you don't close the door. Still, it's a great place with a separate laundry room, friendly staff, and a great view of the moon at night!

The room was clean and spacious. The room I stayed in was separated into a living room. Walking in was the bed. Basic facilities and supplies were provided. You need to bring your own slippers and toiletries. If you are not used to disposable cups, it is recommended to bring your own cups. Sufficient heating.

Satisfied, the hotel is very clean and the facilities are very new. For two adults and one child, the twin room does not feel crowded. The location is close to delta, very close to work. For parking, you can ask the front desk for a parking ticket and park in the ice center parking lot next to it.

The location is relatively remote.

We usually love the holiday inn. This time not so much. Hot tub was cold, pool was murky. I don’t think it had been cleaned in awhile. Also it was very loud. Kids running up and down the halls. Screaming crying baby. I think during the week if you have availability you should place couples and families in different areas. I can understand if the hotel was full then you can’t but this hotel was not full.

Our flight was cancelled beyond our control they wouldn’t allow us to cancel the room Had to pay full price and we never got to come. Stayed at the same name hotel in Saskatoon and paid for that too.

Overall a good experience, need some little fix here and there, the toilet constantly making flushing sounds and it bothers us during at night. The shower curtain is smelly like it didn’t dry well. Nice breakfast in the morning, safe area and easy parking.

Quick overnight visit but the staff, breakfast, and hot tub were very much appreciated after a long travel day.

Convenient location and mostly quiet. Great for kids. The pool was on the smaller side, but warm and clean. Good complimentary breakfast, lots of options. Beds were mostly comfortable as well. We would definitely stay again

The property was as expected, fast check in service. But you could hear the next door talking until quite late at night. Other than that, met what I expected.
