Had a great experience. Would stay with the family again next time

We had reminded the front desk that we need to refresh the room we came back from downtown found that our room was not made so had to go out again and insisted our room had to be cleaned irregardless as we woke up later than usual time to put the cleaning label outside the door. Finally , the cleaning is done. This is basic need, glad it was finally done when we came back from dinner. Room is nice and spacious. Facilities is good and the microwave oven in the room was brilliant. Coffee maker was just too small. Coffeemaker for two cups would have been better.

Staff are so professional. I want to stay this hotel again.

The hotel is in a convenient location, 5 to 10 minutes' drive from the airport. There is a shuttle bus to pick up and drop off, which is convenient. The hotel style is a typical American and Canadian hotel, with free self-parking. Room temperature outdoor swimming pool

The environment is superb, very close to the airport, but the soundproofing is very good. The facilities are very comprehensive. It is also very convenient to go to supermarkets and other places. The service is impeccable.

Snacks and drinks on the table are free. I stayed for two nights, but the room was not cleaned on the second day, and no bottled water was given. The front desk was very slow to answer the phone, and often no one answered. The swimming pool slide is fun, but you have to turn it on on the first floor, then climb up to the third floor and slide down. It's all self-service, very interesting, and the children like it

The distance from the lobby to the room is too far, the signs are not clear, there is no elevator on the 3rd floor, and I dragged my big luggage to find it for a long time. The room facilities are good and relatively new. There are also several outdoor swimming pools in the hotel. The location is average, and there is almost no business around. In short, it should be suitable for vacation, not for a temporary rest for one night during a transfer flight.

Columbia tower is newly renovated and very nice!

The hotel services, facilities, and room types of this level are all above average. If it’s just for one night, it’s actually pretty much the same. The Denny’s chain restaurant next door has good food for three meals a day. If you haven’t tried it before, you can try it, it’s very foreign food hahaha. Another restaurant, Chop, I personally recommend eating after 9pm. Many appetizers are on sale, so you can order some wine and take your time.

The location is relatively remote, the price fluctuates greatly, the equipment is average, but the waiters are professional, there are one or two restaurants nearby where you can eat, and there is too little space on the terrace.

Very good hotel with great environment and design

The sound insulation is not good, and the air in the room is not circulated. The front desk often answers the phone and does not implement the request. Ask him to clean the room or check the room, but the overall experience is not good
