Clean and comfortable.
Very friendly check-in/staff. Clean, convenient and comfortable enough. Beds were not as comfortable as other TPS locations I've stayed and shower spray was pretty stingy. Indoor pool was pretty cold (maybe ok for kids but cold for adults). Highway noise was noticeable. Works for a quick overnight stay. 8/10.

Clean and friendly but I unit was not working prop
The place was very clean and staff was very friendly room was spacious really well kept but it got cold that night and the unit in the room didn’t work I just felt with it Bc I was only there 1 night please get maintenance on that but overall all it was nice and when I come back to Richmond I’ll stay again

Everything about this hotel is great.. very clean! Staff is super friendly and helpful. Hotel is nice and modern. Only draw backs if I were to list any… the bed isn’t the most comfortable and the coffee isn’t stellar.

Wonderful
Extremely friendly staff, check-in offered menus of local delivery restaurants, even recommended a hibachi nearby. Room was clean and comfortable.

The front desk cler was a wonderful gentleman who went above and beyond on Thursday September 6 on an last minute stop. Sometimes compassion and kindness go a long way. The room was average but the customer service was exceptional. He even told us of the newly opened Buc-ees near here!

The room was appointed nicely. The front desk was very nice however the woman who checked us in was pretty scary looking with piercings and tattoos displayed provocatively. Not conducive to what I’d expect for Marriott.
