The corridors and room interiors look and smell old, but they are heated! It feels like there are many elderly residents. There are many deer in the park next to it. It is a 10-minute drive from the station.

Very comfortable room, posh hotel in a beautiful setting with Thames River walks just 2 minutes away. Rates were surprisingly reasonable given the location. Will definitely stay here next time we are in town. Restaurant was a little pricey and had limited selections for dinner, but the food was great and the view from the dining room is unsurpassed.

Everything was great and its a beautiful area. The only thing that wasnt "bad" necessarily is that it was not air conditioned (yeah, we're spoiled Americans). But the temperatures were fine and there was a fan included. Staff was great and accommodating. Lots of beautiful areas nearby!

We always stay at this hotel when visiting London. Lovely location for walks in the park and only 10 mins from the town centre and trainstaion. Think it’s our 7th time there! We stayed over two periods in 3 weeks. Able to check in early which was great as we arrived early into the UK. Rooms were very comfortable and had a nice small balcony so we were able to open the doors overnight as it was hot. Second stay we had a twin room on the ground floor which had an air conditioner which was great news! We didn’t eat in the hotel but the restaurant looked busy and nice. Staff were very helpful and welcoming too.
