Super nice hotel, all staff are friendly. Stunning view at the top of Richmond Hill, room was clean and comfortable. Will definitely go back.

The hotel is good. However, 2 children/2 adults cannot stay in one room. I booked 2 single rooms + multi-rooms. There is an additional charge for additional children. 10 pounds/day/person. There is no swimming pool, so if you want to swim with your child, book at the Harbor Hotel Richmond next door.

One of the best hotels ever, and I travel my whole life a lot. Excellent for long stay. You quickly start to feel like at home. The historic hotel with soul. The best asset - people, all of them - reception, restaurant, service. Just stayed one-night before flying back to California. Really charming hotel in a lovely and interesting area. Extremely comfortable, excellent food with very good staff. A class act, highly recommend staying here, and it's just 25 minutes from Heathrow airport.

Room was below par. The party we were there for was great fun. The breakfast was very nice and varied but we were sat beside an ac unit which didn’t do much to keep our hot breakfast hot ♀️
