Ce’Vone was warm and welcoming from the minute I walked in the door! She had lots of recommendations for dinner, and made sure that I was comfortable in my room. Graduate is lucky to have her- I had a lot of questions about the area/ where to eat, and she gave me so many recommendations above and beyond!

We loved the deco touches throughout the hotel- the furniture, colors, dial telephone, etc. The desk clerk was extremely nice, calling me by name when I would go past. She is the reason I gave the hotel a 2. Otherwise it would be a 1. The rooftop pool Was absolutely disgusting looking. The ladder was broken and laying on the side of the pool and the pool had obviously not Been cleaned in a long time. Our vehicle was returned to us with the radio switched to an obnoxious rap station. When looking closely the room was dirty. There was built up hair around the bathroom baseboards, and the paint job in the hallways was awful.

The hotel is in great location and is clean. Ce’Vone is extremely kind and helpful. She told me about several spots in the area. Like where to go, where to eat, and things to go see. I’m here in business but love to use my spare time to see the town so it was so helpful.

The bartender Aidan was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly! Excellent service from him! The drinks he made for my partner and I were amazingly blended and left us wanting more! I would definitely come back to see Aidan at the Graduate!

From the moment Ce’Vone welcomed us to the hotel we knew we would have an excellent stay. She was able to check us in early - which was perfect as we had a wedding to go to in the early afternoon. Always nice when you know you are getting great service! Great place to stay while in Richmond.

Ce-Vone was great at the front desk! Very friendly and personable. Answered all of our questions. The hotel was clean, modern amenities and great views. We love graduate hotels! We are happy to stay at another property and we would definitely recommend.

Ce’Vone at the front desk was super nice and understanding about my time constraints upon check in. I had a wedding to get to and so she was great about corresponding early check in. Parking/Valet was super helpful and answered all my questions. Great first experience.

So fun! We are here for a wedding and the Graduate is located in the middle of restaurants and close to night life. We enjoyed it. Clean, offers pool and shuffleboard and a bar. Need more staff though. We would love a drink in the afternoon and have to go elsewhere, there is only one person running a weekend hotel with 2 weddings and full house.

The hotel was very fun, staff was welcoming. Ce’Vone was great and she made a point to remember our names when we walked through the lobby. Rooms were clean and bathroom was nice with walk-in shower. We had no issues- would definitely stay here again.
