Gezellig hotel. Vriendelijke service en lekker ontbijt. Arriva busje om de hoek, waardoor je snel naar bijvoorbeeld Maastricht bent.

Gekozen als uitvalsbasis voor fietstochten naar het Nationaal Park Hoge Kempen, Maastricht, Voerstreek en de heuvels rond de abdij van Val Dieu. Kamers niet groot maar toch voldoende comfort en zeer netjes. Zeer stil 's nachts. Vriendelijke eigenaars voor wie vriendelijk en correct is. Je krijgt goede raad voor toeristische uitstappen in omgeving (wijnboeren, mergelgrotten, Maastricht...). Interieur van restaurant en ontbijtruimte is mooi. Ontbijt: perfect. Restaurant, van vrijdag tot en met maandag: superieur, dus zeer hoge kwaliteit voor billijke prijs, beter dan een tweetal bezochte restaurants in een straal van 20 kilometer. Fietsvriendelijk, met berging. Familiaal gerund hotel, engagement van eigenaars en personeel. Wel sluiting bar om 22 uur, maar toch een drietal herbergen met ruim terras in de buurt. Hotel zelf is niet geschikt voor nachtraven. Dorp is wat stilletjes na 23 uur.
