I was travelling with my two kids. Have booked this apartment (via ***********) for three people and made it very clear to the host that we will need to utilise their sofa bed. My daughter that was sleeping on the sofa bed end up not getting any sleep at all, due to the sofa bed been faulty. Came to me only in the morning, crying... she didn't want to wake me up. Every time she made a move the sofa bed made horrendous noise. The springs on the sofa bed were faulty and not maintained. Texted the host, but all my messages were ignored. I had no reply. End up booking an alternative accommodation. The host and the *********** refused to provide refund, no matter of all the evidence that I have recorded and provided. In addition, the bedding linen were very old and smelled. Which is a small issue compare to no sleep and no refund Summary: Apartment is a scam Sofa bed is absolutely unusable to faulty springs. No communication from the host. Took money and didn’t refund it, after we had move to an alternative accommodation. Wouldn’t take it even if it was for free
