Rigi Kaltbad Swiss Quality Hotel

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The room I booked through booking three years ago is on the third floor. The bed is on top. The corridor on the third floor looks more like a hotel. This time I booked on Ctrip and the room is on the last one on the fourth floor. , the windows are not as big as those on the third floor before, but the small and exquisite room is still quite warm to live alone. I usually go for a hike after breakfast, and return to the hotel for spa treatment around three in the afternoon. Highly recommended😊

This hotel is a designated place for guests to stay. There is nothing to complain about the Swiss environment, it is small and exquisite. Although the service is not that enthusiastic, maybe it is because of the cultural difference, but you can feel the courtesy.

Very unfortunate.... Swiss Quality is no longer what it was. Unfortunately everything is very careless. We have a total of 3 friendly employees in the Hotel hit. The bathroom was completely overflowing... pity pity pity...

Schon lange wollte ich die Therme Rigi Kaltbad besuchen. Mario Botta ist einer meiner Lieblingsarchitekten. Da es uns als sehr bequem erschien, verknüpften wir den Wunsch mit ein paar Tagen im Hotel Rigi Kaltbad. Halbpension, Therme und Bahnen auf die Rigi inklusive. Ich kann mich nicht erinnern, wann ich das letzte Mal so relaxt war und der Satz "Oh ist das nicht wunderschön" fiel mindestens einmal in der Stunde! Schon der Empfang im Hotel war so überaus freundlich und in den nächsten Tagen stellten wir fest, dass das komplette Personal des Hotels in einer Art und Weise freundlich ist, dass man sich wunderbar willkommen und eingebettet fühlt. Kurz gesagt: "Zuhause". Unser Zimmer war sehr hübsch, mit einem sehr bequemen Bett und wunderbarer Aussicht auf die Berge. Das Badezimmer ist zwar nicht auf dem neusten Stand, aber mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht und äußerst sauber und gepflegt. Auch das Zimmer und das ganze Hotel zeigten sich sehr gepflegt. Das Frühstück und Abendessen war sehr schmackhaft und schön angerichtet. Wir leben vegan/vegetarisch und hatten eine wirklich schöne Auswahl. Über einen unterirdischen Gang gelangt man als Hotelgast direkt zur Therme und diese Verbindung Hotel und Therme ist fantastisch! Das Hotel Rgi Kaltbad wird von uns in unsere Sammlung der Lieblingshotels aufgenommen und die Buchung für 2025 ist schon beschlossen. Absolut empfehlenswert!
