Abbiamo selezionato questo Hotel tra quelli presenti nel pacchetto di Mirabilandia di 2 notti. Non appena ho prenotato li ho chiamati per sapere se avessero una spondina da inserire nel letto matrimoniale in quanto nostra figlia di 3 anni dorme con noi. In caso contrario mi sono reso disponibile a portarmela io da casa. Mi hanno riferito che avrebbero verificato e fatto sapere. Li ho richiamati io dopo una settimana e mi hanno risposto che ancora non avevano controllato, dopo mezz'ora un ragazzo gentile mi ha finalmente confermato che la avevano. Arriviamo la sera del giorno di check-in dopo essere stai al parco, ci accoglie una signorina molto gentile che ci dice comunque che ormai per quella notte non potevano richiamare il personale delle camere e quindi per la prima notte niente spondina (?). La mattina dopo gli ricordo di farcela trovare in camera e mi assicurano che non ci saranno problemi. La sera al nostro rientro, sempre la signorina mi dice che la dovrebbero aver già inserita e se non dovesse esserci, di richiamare in reception che avrebbero provveduto. Niente di tutto questo! Chiamo il ricevimento, non risponde nessuno, scendo e mi dice che al nostro rientro dopo cena la avremmo trovata in camera. Rientriamo e niente ancora. Il portiere di notte ci dice di attendere 10 minuti che ce l'avrebbero portata in camera (ore 23.10), a mezzanotte chiamo... ”si mi scusi ma abbiamo un problema da risolvere prima”...a quel punto mi sono davvero innervosito e riepilogato quando scritto anche in questa recensione. Ho risolto diversamente accostando il terzo letto alla parte della bimba e non gli ho aperto perchè SOLO DOPO ESSERMI ARRABBIATO AL TELEFONO, in 10 minuti sono arrivati con la benedetta spondina!!! Assurdo che per una cosa così stupida, il ricordo della vacanza sia rovinata dal menefreghismo /incompetenza/mancanza di comunicazioni tra personale. Per il resto mi associo a chi ha scritto che il bagno (soprattutto la doccia) è da rifare e pulire meglio. Ristorante ok. Non torneremo più.

My husband and I stayed one night in this hotel at our wedding anniversary. The structure is very beautiful, modern, I appreciated the room, cleaning and the availability of staff, not to mention the seafront position. On the site, however, it is stated that they have this Panoramic Terrace front of the Sea where they serve typical and aperitive tastes in summer. I would have liked to enjoy this service to begin the celebrations well, but on our request they told us that it was not possible without giving reason. Since it was July 13, so the summer season, I don't understand why. Perfect hotel to see the old town. We wanted to visit San Marino and this hotel is very near both the train station and bus stop to visit San Marino . Easy walk to the many fantastic Roman remains such as the arch and bridge! Lovely quality breakfast and comfortable spotless rooms.

Small car park costing €20 per day Pool unheated and needs more (daily) cleaning. Lack of sunshine around the pool We stayed (3xAdult, 1xTeen) for four nights whilst attending a sporting event nearby. On entering the hotel, it looked pleasant. On entering our room however, we got old damp kind of smell. The fridge did not function and we reported it on several occasions and it was never fixed. We did have an issue with the plug in the bathroom sink, which they rectified by removing the plug entirely. Housekeeping staff did a great job in the limited conditions. The room is very narrow, there is luggage table behind the door, meaning you cannot open it fully, and the bathroom is old, dated, and prone to leeks. However, shower pressure is good. We were told halfway through our stay the hotel is under new management. This is bringing a full refurbishment over the coming months and so explains why we were awoken before 8am one morning to the sound of hammering and banging. Would we stay again, probably not. There are so many alternatives in the area with similarly great locations, but with better facilities, for similar prices.

We got a very good room rate during the off season which provided excellent value (not sure we would say the same if we visited in July or August when room rates are extremely high). The room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was above expectations. The staff were very helpful providing us with an early check in and kindly gave us an upgrade. The hotel is in a great location on the beach and in the middle of Rimini shops and restaurants.

I stayed at the hotel from 16-20 May for a business trip. The dates coincided with the weather disaster in the area and the hotel was flexible for both check-in and check-out. The location of the hotel is good, there are numerous restaurants nearby and a supermarket within a 10 minute walk. The room was simple and small but adequate. The cleanliness was also adequate. The reception staff is very friendly. The first night I had no hot water in the shower and after calling the next afternoon it was fixed. They also booked a taxi to come and pick me up from the hotel on departure. The breakfast is varied and tasty. I would highlight the kindness of the waiter who prepares freshly brewed coffee and freshly squeezed juices, which are brought to the table. 100% recommendable.

We stayed here for 4 nights with our 20 year old daughter, after a visit to Bologna. We had rooms 410 and 403. We thought the hotel was excellent. It’s well location on the main “*****” at the front and backing on to the beach road at the back (pretty much like all the seafront hotels in Rimini). You cross the road and you’re on the beach. Despite its central location we didn’t find it particularly noisy. The staff make this place what it is. Each and every one we met was delightful, helpful and efficient. Special thanks to the reception staff who helped us with restaurant bookings, cancellations and printed out our airport shuttle bus tickets for us. Also to the bar and restaurant staff - they are so efficient, without making you feel rushed and nothing is too much trouble. The small pool is great, with nice cushioned sunbeds as well as chairs and tables surrounding it. The hotel is opposite beach 61 but has an arrangement with beach 67 (5 min walk) where you get 2 sunbeds and an umbrella for 18 euros, as well as a discount at the beach cafe which is as excellent. The hotel provides towels for the pool/beach - changed every 3 days or more often if you want and are happy to pay €3 per towel. The rooms are basic but comfortable with all you need for your stay. Our room had a little kitchenette and sofa. Decent shower in the bathroom. Very good and much needed aircon - it was 33-35 degrees every day! . Breakfasts were plentiful and very nicely laid out with lots of choice. Barista made coffee, juices (not fresh but you could have freshly squeezed orange for a price). Fresh fruit including watermelon, yogurt, cereal, cheeses, ham, bread and a large selection of croissants and pastries. Also hot food - eggs, bacon, some veg and hot strudel - all rather good and topped up regularly . We didn’t use the spa except to change and shower before we left - it was brilliant - with everything you needed including hairdryers with diffusers! We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel - it was lovely.

A row of hotels on the beach, 2 minutes walk to the beach, The night market downstairs is very lively, there are many restaurants and fruit shops, very convenient, The weekend Champions League final, the young people watching the ball on the beach is very lively, there is a party after the end, suitable for people with nightlife The room is small, the health is OK, there is a small balcony to see the sea view.

Lungo week-end pasquale. Personale gentilissimo, educato e sorridente che già dal primo approccio telefonico dimostra la propria disponibilità e cortesia. Hotel pulito e ordinato, sia negli spazi comuni che nelle camere. Colazione assolutamente degna di nota, con tante proposte di ottima qualità. La cucina (solo colazione) si attiva per soddisfare ogni richiesta in modo rapido e davvero apprezzabile. Preparazioni sul momento, proposte salate e dolci, servizio al tavolo. Posizione comoda con viale Ceccarini - raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi - e vicino alla spiaggia. Possibilità di parcheggio sotterraneo e videosorvegliato. Gli esterni non si presentano benissimo, l’hotel necessiterebbe di qualche intervento di manutenzione (arredi esterni e facciate così così). Le camere sono graziose ma piccoline, adatte per un breve soggiorno ma poco comode per periodi più lunghi. Suggerisco un frigo bar più fornito, anche a pagamento, e di aggiungere un bollitore. Manca purtroppo un’area bar (forse non operativa in questo periodo). Hotel Pet Friendly, che sconsiglio a chi poco tollera la presenza di animali ma che invece è super adatto a chi viaggia con il suo peloso, al quale sono riservate numerose attenzioni e accortezze. Tornerei anche solo per la colazione e l’ambiente amichevole e cortese, che è la vera forza della struttura. Con qualche miglioria e rivedendo qualcosina potrebbe raggiungere quasi la perfezione. I proprietari si sono contraddistinti per correttezza e professionalità; eccezionali padroni di casa ed esperti albergatori che hanno rimediato a un problema in modo distinto e inaspettato, dimostrando grande signorilità, competenza ed efficienza. Complimenti sinceri e grazie di cuore a tutto lo staff

The hotel is very clean, on the mountainside, just breakfast. The pool is a bit small~ It’s amazing that there’s no quilt, only a thin layer of sheets, I don’t know if the hotel has heating. We found 2 blankets in the closet and added them together. It’s not too cold~
