The room is not bad, but the hotel I booked is closed seasonally, and there is no notification when I change to another hotel. I wonder if it is Ctrip's problem? Or is it a hotel problem? But there must be a problem with Ctrip. I booked a hotel from Ctrip. At that time, I called Ctrip at the door of the hotel and said that they would not answer the phone during non-working hours. The language barrier at the door of the hotel did not understand the Italian notice of the hotel? So far, Ctrip has not made any statement. How can you trust Ctrip's services next time?

My husband and I stayed one night in this hotel at our wedding anniversary. The structure is very beautiful, modern, I appreciated the room, cleaning and the availability of staff, not to mention the seafront position. On the site, however, it is stated that they have this Panoramic Terrace front of the Sea where they serve typical and aperitive tastes in summer. I would have liked to enjoy this service to begin the celebrations well, but on our request they told us that it was not possible without giving reason. Since it was July 13, so the summer season, I don't understand why. We stayed here for 4 nights with our 20 year old daughter, after a visit to Bologna. We had rooms 410 and 403. We thought the hotel was excellent. It’s well location on the main “*****” at the front and backing on to the beach road at the back (pretty much like all the seafront hotels in Rimini). You cross the road and you’re on the beach. Despite its central location we didn’t find it particularly noisy. The staff make this place what it is. Each and every one we met was delightful, helpful and efficient. Special thanks to the reception staff who helped us with restaurant bookings, cancellations and printed out our airport shuttle bus tickets for us. Also to the bar and restaurant staff - they are so efficient, without making you feel rushed and nothing is too much trouble. The small pool is great, with nice cushioned sunbeds as well as chairs and tables surrounding it. The hotel is opposite beach 61 but has an arrangement with beach 67 (5 min walk) where you get 2 sunbeds and an umbrella for 18 euros, as well as a discount at the beach cafe which is as excellent. The hotel provides towels for the pool/beach - changed every 3 days or more often if you want and are happy to pay €3 per towel. The rooms are basic but comfortable with all you need for your stay. Our room had a little kitchenette and sofa. Decent shower in the bathroom. Very good and much needed aircon - it was 33-35 degrees every day! . Breakfasts were plentiful and very nicely laid out with lots of choice. Barista made coffee, juices (not fresh but you could have freshly squeezed orange for a price). Fresh fruit including watermelon, yogurt, cereal, cheeses, ham, bread and a large selection of croissants and pastries. Also hot food - eggs, bacon, some veg and hot strudel - all rather good and topped up regularly . We didn’t use the spa except to change and shower before we left - it was brilliant - with everything you needed including hairdryers with diffusers! We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel - it was lovely.

We stayed here for a week in September and it was better than we expected! It is definitely not a 4 star hotel but the staff were amazing and so helpful. The pool was nice but not very deep. The complementary water bottles were good and it did feel safe, although, we kept our suitcases locked whenever we left the room. As other reviews mention, it is quite noisy and you can hear the odd person walking down the hallway and the other bathrooms, so I suggest bringing earplugs. The hotel is in a good location, close to lots of restaurants and amenities. The old town was lovely and we had a great time exploring. Overall, a good time!

My wife and I stayed here last week for one night - but would love to come back and stay longer. Very near the amazing long beach south of Rimini (less than a block from the water). Rooms are very clean, new from the looks of things. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was decent size as far as European hotels go (have been in hotels with much smaller bathrooms). Best part was the breakfast you get. Cool system they have going - when you check in they give you a menu checklist for the next day's breakfast. Put your room number on it and give it to the front desk staff the night before, and they'll put together what your order is for you the next morning. No buffet spoilage or waste - you get exactly what you asked for. The front desk staff member who checked us in (sorry, forgot his name) was hilarious - he wanted to see LOTS of food being checked off on the breakfast order, and when we handed it in he seemed mock annoyed that it wasn't enough. Very friendly, willing to offer suggestions, call a cab, etc. Would highly recommend the place, although it is far from Rimini's historical centre (about 5 km away). Our room rate was also the cheapest for one night we stayed anywhere in northern Italy, so it helps with keeping budgets reasonable.

The hotel is very nice. Close to the beach. It has a good breakfast. It has also a pool, unfortunately we did noy try to use it in would mark two things that need an improvement: 1. There are no glasses in the room. You can not drink a thing without a glass. 2. The breakfast is excellent, but ussing plastic glasses for drinks in a restaurant is really not ecological. Please chage plastic glass for normal glasses (bicchieri di vetro).

Small, Friendly Staff .. excellent ratio cost/benefit : bravissimi 👏🏻😊 Great location, great gym. The lobby is the perfect location to relax or work. Great Breakfast, loved the quality of the juices and the variety of the cakes: loved the orange cake, next time will ask for the recepie. Grazie!

Just under the old town Parking can choose the hotel's own parking for 16 Euros a day. You can also park outside the Blue Line parking space for 4 Euros a day. Good breakfast, the hotel's internal facilities are not very new, but you can also give a small cookie when you check out.
