We got a very good room rate during the off season which provided excellent value (not sure we would say the same if we visited in July or August when room rates are extremely high). The room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was above expectations. The staff were very helpful providing us with an early check in and kindly gave us an upgrade. The hotel is in a great location on the beach and in the middle of Rimini shops and restaurants.

Lack of sunshine around the pool We stayed (3xAdult, 1xTeen) for four nights whilst attending a sporting event nearby. On entering the hotel, it looked pleasant. On entering our room however, we got old damp kind of smell. The fridge did not function and we reported it on several occasions and it was never fixed. We did have an issue with the plug in the bathroom sink, which they rectified by removing the plug entirely. Housekeeping staff did a great job in the limited conditions. The room is very narrow, there is luggage table behind the door, meaning you cannot open it fully, and the bathroom is old, dated, and prone to leeks. However, shower pressure is good. We were told halfway through our stay the hotel is under new management. This is bringing a full refurbishment over the coming months and so explains why we were awoken before 8am one morning to the sound of hammering and banging. Would we stay again, probably not. There are so many alternatives in the area with similarly great locations, but with better facilities, for similar prices.

Perfect hotel to see the old town. We wanted to visit San Marino and this hotel is very near both the train station and bus stop to visit San Marino . Easy walk to the many fantastic Roman remains such as the arch and bridge! Lovely quality breakfast and comfortable spotless rooms.

This hotel is perfectly located between city centre and the beach. It’s also easy access to train station (10min walk) and bus 9 (airport). The bedroom was fine and bathroom was roomy and shower was good. Air con was pleasant. I didn’t try breakfast or restaurant. The safe had no keys but we eventually found them. My two quibbles: no one answered any of my emails so I had to call to double check they weren’t shut due to COVID 19 or something ; (annoying!) the cleaning starts at 7am, and frankly, the maid is the noisiest person ever. Imagine a hoover on the room next to you at 7am when you went to bed at 2am! The walls are paper thin and you hear the neighbours, which is not great, but cleaning staff can be scheduled for a more godly hour. I had the worst 3 mornings ever, up hours before I intended to be. As many travellers complained and clearly the hotel doesn’t care, I am giving only 3 stars.

But there must be a problem with Ctrip. I booked a hotel from Ctrip. At that time, I called Ctrip at the door of the hotel and said that they would not answer the phone during non-working hours. The language barrier at the door of the hotel did not understand the Italian notice of the hotel? So far, Ctrip has not made any statement. How can you trust Ctrip's services next time?

Everything was perfect, the staff was absolutely perfect and nice, the room was lovely, and breakfast was varied and delicious. The view from the room is very nice if you have a sea view. Outside you have a paid parking lot and a few meters away you have free parking, but it is mostly occupied.

My wife and I stayed here last week for one night - but would love to come back and stay longer. Very near the amazing long beach south of Rimini (less than a block from the water). Rooms are very clean, new from the looks of things. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was decent size as far as European hotels go (have been in hotels with much smaller bathrooms). Best part was the breakfast you get. Cool system they have going - when you check in they give you a menu checklist for the next day's breakfast. Put your room number on it and give it to the front desk staff the night before, and they'll put together what your order is for you the next morning. No buffet spoilage or waste - you get exactly what you asked for. The front desk staff member who checked us in (sorry, forgot his name) was hilarious - he wanted to see LOTS of food being checked off on the breakfast order, and when we handed it in he seemed mock annoyed that it wasn't enough. Very friendly, willing to offer suggestions, call a cab, etc. Would highly recommend the place, although it is far from Rimini's historical centre (about 5 km away). Our room rate was also the cheapest for one night we stayed anywhere in northern Italy, so it helps with keeping budgets reasonable.

The hotel is very nice. Close to the beach. It has a good breakfast. It has also a pool, unfortunately we did noy try to use it in would mark two things that need an improvement: 1. There are no glasses in the room. You can not drink a thing without a glass. 2. The breakfast is excellent, but ussing plastic glasses for drinks in a restaurant is really not ecological. Please chage plastic glass for normal glasses (bicchieri di vetro).

My husband and I stayed one night in this hotel at our wedding anniversary. The structure is very beautiful, modern, I appreciated the room, cleaning and the availability of staff, not to mention the seafront position. On the site, however, it is stated that they have this Panoramic Terrace front of the Sea where they serve typical and aperitive tastes in summer. I would have liked to enjoy this service to begin the celebrations well, but on our request they told us that it was not possible without giving reason. Since it was July 13, so the summer season, I don't understand why. EEiko TlalicWent there with my best friend. The room was advertised as With Sea View, this turned out to be false; the window is indeed directed at the sea however there's another hotel in the way so you can see an orange building instead of the sea. The room and the facilities are very clean and housekeeping ladies do an outstanding job. Breakfast included was very good it even included waffles made on request. Dinner however wasn't included and there was no indication of the price, which we didn't find out until checkout time, ridiculously overpriced and it wasn't even good. Completely tasteless food apart from the fresh tomatoes and desert, we absolutely regret having had dinner there. A cheap panini, pizza or piadina in any of the many eateries around the hotel are a lot tastier than what supposedly upscale food they serve at the hotel restaurant for dinner.
The Spa services was excellent, really lovely. So if you aren't going to eat dinner there, would recommend.
Just a word of advice, if your companion is an attractive female beware of one of the waiters who is a complete predator, seduces them and even lets himself in with a ”magic” code that unlocks your room's door. I had to resort to blocking the door at night. I'm pretty sure the hotel has rules against staff having relations with guests but predators don't seem to care.

周周The location is not as close to the train station, but the hotel is still good, in the villa group, very feeling. Facilities are also ok, as well as free breakfast, the price is still relatively high in Europe's high level of consumption.

CCoastal534104Good location. Access scale with ring that could not be reached because you blocked flower vessels. It puts the user at risk. To be reviewed (priority should be people, not flower vase. Family management and it really makes pleasure to see that all the family work together. The boys (children) are good and kind, even the father. Then we have asked for a change of mattress because in our instance, too soft and uncomfortable. take in the staff. My wife slept badly and had to take analgesic for the deformity of the mattress. Then a mini-fridge would be useful in the room because you can't have fresh water available. For the rest acceptable. But we will not come back and I will not recommend.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per la prima volta con la mia compagna nel 2023, e sono ritornato per un weekend last minute. Abbiamo apprezzato molto le migliorie al design della struttura, gia ai tempo molto inusuale. Molto variegata la colazione, sempre di altissima qualità. Infine un grande grazie ai ragazzi della reception, per l'uprade in camera con la vasca esterna! Ci rivedremo sicuramente !

GGuest UserSome doubts upon arrival, followed by some other doubts again with the outgoing reception (absence of useful information for simple, perhaps trivial curiosities, but that's it; absence of personnel in charge of baggage at the entrance of the cars; singular explanations which naturally led to use their parking at a cost 5 times higher than what is available…).
The room is adequate, although the large information book contains accessibility to Sky (precisely from channel 401 onwards), which does not exist/cannot be reached.
Compliments to the staff of the rooms, maintenance, swimming pool and breakfast in the morning.
Finally, some doubts about the restaurant and, in particular, about the responses from those in charge of the wines.
Thanks to Trip.com the stay cost an extremely interesting sum and, therefore, the opinion, at this price, is very interesting for a hotel, a national monument, like this one.

Friendly staff (and lovely dog) on reception, great location (restaurants and the interesting sights of the city nearby, beach a short walk, train station very close, and the bus stop from which the coach goes to San Marino is literally outside the hotel door). The room could definitely do with a bit of an update (mainly the air conditioning which didn't work very well and a slight smell from the drains in the bathroom) but the hotel is clean and the bed comfortable. Noise from the street outside definitely present, however. Breakfast looked decent too.

Camera molto ordinata e pulita ogni mattina, con noi avevamo un cane quindi la sabbia la faceva da padrona ma al rientro era molto pulito e ordinato! Nessuna limitazione per i cani, per cui ben accetti ovviamente se i padroni fanno il loro dovere. Cucina, servizio e sala pranzo da 0 stelle: innanzitutto siamo stati per una settimana in un tavolino rotondo da colazione per 2 persone in 4 (non eravamo gli unici) non c'era spazio per appoggiare nulla se non 4 piatti e una bottiglia d'acqua. Il servizio, seppur molto gentili, non è all'altezza, manca un capo sala che diriga i pochissimi camerieri in sala che sono chiamati qui e la; preciso che non è colpa loro perché fanno del loro meglio, ma è proprio mal gestione del personale. Dosi del cibo molto risicate, alle volte appena tiepidi e sicuramente non all'altezza della cucina romagnola famosa per l'abbondanza e per la qualità dei piatti. Anche a colazione il buffet non era molto ricco. In ultimo la posizione della struttura che fa media, più che buona essendo fronte mare. Nel complesso se potessi scegliere non ci tornerei con la famiglia oppure valuterei solo pernottamento.

GGuest UserCheck in is very fast! Just register your ID card and 2 euros! The room key should be hung at the front desk when going out and cannot be taken away. The food that I pack from the restaurant outside cannot be put in the refrigerator at the front desk, only medicines can be stored. It is a law and regulation. The front desk said it could help me heat it in the microwave in the morning. The room is well ventilated, with two floor-to-ceiling windows and doors. Standing on a small balcony and looking at the trees and roads outside, it feels good. There are chairs and three lines for drying clothes. Many people are watching towels. I guess I went to the beach to swim. The bathroom in the room is good, there are foot towels, two medium towels and one large towel. I can use it alone! The TV is small, all in Italian. There are three free biscuits on the table. The hotel is a 6-minute walk from No. 42 on the beach. There are many family hotels nearby, all of them seem to be three stars. The front desk is friendly. The bar is open 24 hours a day, and in the evening many people are drinking below. Wi-Fi requires email registration, which is very powerful at night. It seems that many people use Wi-Fi in the afternoon and morning, which is not easy to use! Check out is also very fast!

Really good atmosphere, you feel treated like a special guest from day zero. The hotel is very well located, right next to the beach and many good restaurants. The breakfast included will make you save a lot of money, staff is lovely and always smiling. The room itself needs some deep maintenance, but overall the quality/price is really good (for June). I wouldn’t accept the same room for an higher price, so DYOR

NNicolò SWe stayed in this hotel for 11 days at the beginning of July 2021 and we found to say little well. The hotel is a classic 3-star hotel, excellent location just a few meters from the beach of Viserba. But the difference from other hotels is undoubtedly due to the staff, the owners who have been available all over, the cooks who have delighted us every day with always different and all excellent pieces, the cleaners of the rooms that every day made us find our room in perfect conditions, the night doormaster that was very sympathetic and available for every event. I advise this hotel because we were really good and we'll certainly be back in the future.
