My husband and I stayed one night in this hotel at our wedding anniversary. The structure is very beautiful, modern, I appreciated the room, cleaning and the availability of staff, not to mention the seafront position. On the site, however, it is stated that they have this Panoramic Terrace front of the Sea where they serve typical and aperitive tastes in summer. I would have liked to enjoy this service to begin the celebrations well, but on our request they told us that it was not possible without giving reason. Since it was July 13, so the summer season, I don't understand why. They booked for a trip with our friends and dogs starting from the assumption that they arrived there did not even find the bookings with paid breakfast ( a little old man ) When we talk about breakfast already from the first day we found that not all the products were fresh ( brioche ) coffee in our opinion is not good ... they should be checked !!! Handsets on 4 changed 2 other two dirty left and once presented to the owner did not even take the rush to change them but he said I had to make 3 floors without a lift to bring them to him 😤!! I to not talk about high music finishes at 3 p.m. in the rooms below and the continuous passage of buses and machines ... where it was impossible to rest a nightmare !!! only positive note is that the dogs were welcomed well by the young girl .. and comfortable nearby beach ! Sure experience to not repeat !

My wife and I stayed here last week for one night - but would love to come back and stay longer. Very near the amazing long beach south of Rimini (less than a block from the water). Rooms are very clean, new from the looks of things. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was decent size as far as European hotels go (have been in hotels with much smaller bathrooms). Best part was the breakfast you get. Cool system they have going - when you check in they give you a menu checklist for the next day's breakfast. Put your room number on it and give it to the front desk staff the night before, and they'll put together what your order is for you the next morning. No buffet spoilage or waste - you get exactly what you asked for. The front desk staff member who checked us in (sorry, forgot his name) was hilarious - he wanted to see LOTS of food being checked off on the breakfast order, and when we handed it in he seemed mock annoyed that it wasn't enough. Very friendly, willing to offer suggestions, call a cab, etc. Would highly recommend the place, although it is far from Rimini's historical centre (about 5 km away). Our room rate was also the cheapest for one night we stayed anywhere in northern Italy, so it helps with keeping budgets reasonable.

Small, Friendly Staff .. excellent ratio cost/benefit : bravissimi 👏🏻😊 Great location, great gym. The lobby is the perfect location to relax or work. Great Breakfast, loved the quality of the juices and the variety of the cakes: loved the orange cake, next time will ask for the recepie. Grazie!

This is supposed to be a four star hotel but while the staff are mostly very pleasant and helpful and the rooms are clean and comfortable, the place is soulless! The decor is drab and uninviting with little to relieve it. There was a convention on while we were there but there still appeared to be no public areas to sit other than reception or outside, and when we were there it was raining. Dinner was buffet style so we didn’t go there but to a much nicer restaurant opposite The bar is tiny and stuck in a corner with no proper seating. Breakfast is mostly pastries Italian style although there was the option of overcooked bacon and rubbery scrambled egg! Cheese ham and some fruit was also available. Parking was difficult as the garage was full and there is limited free parking on the street outside. The positives are that the position of the hotel is great for a beach holiday as the beach opposite is free and the cleanliness of the place is good. It was fine for a one night stay- if somewhat expensive for what we got- but there are other much nicer looking places nearby if you are staying any longer.

The hotel is very clean, on the mountainside, just breakfast. The pool is a bit small~ It’s amazing that there’s no quilt, only a thin layer of sheets, I don’t know if the hotel has heating. We found 2 blankets in the closet and added them together. It’s not too cold~

This hotel should be called the Imperiale Napoleanic Hotel. It has grandiose ambitions towards 4 stars whilst delivering a very disappointing experience to its guests. Despite the presence of antique items in the reception area, the reality is far less grand, much more in keeping with the uncomfortable plastic thrones on the terrace. Firstly..the room. Shabby, uncomfortable mattress and flat pillows, smelly bathroom with no working extraction system, no complimentary toiletries other than a tiny bar of soap and a shower cap. The fridge is off and empty, no tea & coffee and no drinking glasses. Now to the restaurant..oh dear !!. The decor is totally over the top, overlit to the point of being blinding, and horror of horrors, each table is decorated with a piece of coral in a bowl. Breakfast is supposed to be a buffet. It is not. A table separates the guests from the food trays and one must queue to point to the waiter to indicate what you would like him to place on your plate. My husband was shouted at on the first morning for wrongly picking up a large plate. He angered the waiter again when on another morning, being in a rush and finding no waiters in the restaurant he started to serve himself. What a nerve !!!! I only attended breakfast once. Far too stressful and the offerings are meagre. eg: the only fruits available were prunes and plums which the server handed to you in the tiniest of bowls. The management is not concerned with environmental issues, as the water and watered down juices are served in plastic cups. Why not a glass? The first course at dinner was also supposed to be a buffet. Again, one had to stand back and point to unidentified dishes and be served by the waiter. The next two pre- ordered courses were mostly inedible, followed by a no choice dessert. The staff in the hotel were not particularly friendly or helpful. I hated the atmosphere in the restaurant and if only other places were open nearby, would have eaten out. One evening we met some interesting fellow guests and were finishing off our drinks in the lounge area. At around 11.15 pm a member of management, who I nicknamed Lurkio, passed by a couple of times with a glowering expression and proceeded to turn lights off. There is NO way, in any stretch of the imagination, that this hotel deserves those 4 stars and should be re-assessed, in fairness to other hotels like the nearby Sans Souci which thoroughly deserves them. Don't even think about staying in this one. The only good thing about it is the proximity to the beach and there are plenty of hotels that benefit from that.
