We booked a room for 3 people (2 adults & 1 Kid - 5 Years) and this was clearly mentioned at the time of booking, however hotel didn't receive this information but only confirmed booking for 2 adults. When asked to provide the extra bedding for kid, hotel simply refused because they received booking request for 2 adults only.
The staff was busy and short of people on new year eve.

Io e la mia famiglia siamo stati altre volte in questo hotel, anche in altri periodi, e devo dire che è sempre tutto perfetto!! Questa volta, essendo estate, abbiamo scelto "all inclusive" quindi anche con lettini e ombrellone, insomma, la vacanza ideale Cibo sempre ottimo (sia come qualità che come quantità), camera perfetta e sempre pulita. Noi ci sentiamo a casa grazie anche a tutto il personale sempre gentile e disponibile... A presto!! ❤️

La struttura è tra le più storiche della riviera ma non subisce i segni del tempo, anzi, è ben tenuta, funzionale e moderna. Il cibo è di qualità e ricorda il sapore di una casa romagnola. Lorena, Michela, Alberto e tutto il personale sono disponibili ad ogni richiesta e gentili nei modi. La camera è spaziosa e confortevole. Punto di valore è un albergo pet friendly.

Stanze curate e pulite, abbiamo trovato molta cortesia e disponibilità nel personale. Super complimenti allo chef, colazioni buone e ben rifornite con torte fatte in casa e pietanze di pesce spettacolari e buonissime gradite molto anche dalla nostra bimba di un anno e dal marito sempre scettico con il pesce. Abbiamo usufruito anche del servizio gratuito di noleggio delle biciclette.

Gentilezza e cortesia è il biglietto da visita dell'hotel spiaggia Marconi, Alberto e tutto lo staff sono sempre pronti per soddisfare le richieste, i cagnoloni vengono trattati come principi / principesse, Hotel comodo al mare e a tutti i servizi.
