Abbiamo soggiornato presso la Residenza Fellini lo scorso settembre e la nostra esperienza è stata molto soddisfacente. I vantaggi della struttura sono sicuramente la posizione vicinissima al mare, la possibilità di usufruire di tutti i servizi del Grand Hotel, tra cui la piscina e la spiaggia privata e le deliziose cene in terrazza con musica dal vivo! Consigliamo vivamente la residenza Fellini come un must della riviera romagnola! Alessia e Fabio 💖

La Residenza è una struttura storica che fa parte del complesso del Grand Hotel da cui dista solo pochi metri a piedi. È una palazzina molto elegante, dallo stile classico e sobrio. Pur essendo più economica rispetto alla struttura principale tutti i servizi del Grand Hotel sono comunque a disposizione degli ospiti, dalla prima colazione alla Spa, che va sempre prenotato l'accesso. Le camere sono tranquille e arredate con cura. Ho trascorso un weekend con la mia compagna e, complice anche il bel tempo, abbiamo passato due giorni di puro relax. Lo staff alla reception si è dimostrato molto professionale ma con quel calore e quella simpatia tipica della Romagna. Devo ringraziare il signor Giampaolo che mi ha aiutato nella prenotazione consigliandomi al meglio sia per i servizi interni sia su cosa visitare nei dintorni, e anche per il mio prossimo soggiorno che ho già riservato.

I stayed in this property for two nights during an event in Rimini. Very beautiful and apparently luxurious exteriors and common areas, but rooms decadent, unkempt and with obvious signs of wear. The shower glass was broken, water came out from all sides, widening the bathroom floor. Rooms not at all soundproof, you could hear all kinds of noise. The 4 stars declared and the price per night seem excessive to me for the state of the rooms. Excellent and plentiful breakfast

I know the Grand Hotel and the Parco Fellini Residence well and I am a customer of the structure using both the Lobby Bar and the Dolce Vita Restaurant in addition to overnight stays. the Grand Hotel has been well restored and recovered to its former glory. Being a customer I was disappointed with the cold treatment given to a good customer. No free upgrade for the room at the Residence even if there would have been availability. Due to my partner being ill, we did not use the overnight stay or the already paid breakfast. We asked if being customers they could come to meet us with a voucher or perhaps offering us breakfast for another day but we were dismissed very hastily by telling us en passant that unfortunately they could not do anything for us. I thought that the customer of a luxury, 5-star facility could have a more special and understanding treatment. It was disappointing for us I think we will look to other cove establishments where the customer is made to feel special and not a nuisance.
