We got a very good room rate during the off season which provided excellent value (not sure we would say the same if we visited in July or August when room rates are extremely high). The room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was above expectations. The staff were very helpful providing us with an early check in and kindly gave us an upgrade. The hotel is in a great location on the beach and in the middle of Rimini shops and restaurants.

Lack of sunshine around the pool We stayed (3xAdult, 1xTeen) for four nights whilst attending a sporting event nearby. On entering the hotel, it looked pleasant. On entering our room however, we got old damp kind of smell. The fridge did not function and we reported it on several occasions and it was never fixed. We did have an issue with the plug in the bathroom sink, which they rectified by removing the plug entirely. Housekeeping staff did a great job in the limited conditions. The room is very narrow, there is luggage table behind the door, meaning you cannot open it fully, and the bathroom is old, dated, and prone to leeks. However, shower pressure is good. We were told halfway through our stay the hotel is under new management. This is bringing a full refurbishment over the coming months and so explains why we were awoken before 8am one morning to the sound of hammering and banging. Would we stay again, probably not. There are so many alternatives in the area with similarly great locations, but with better facilities, for similar prices.

This hotel is perfectly located between city centre and the beach. Itβs also easy access to train station (10min walk) and bus 9 (airport). The bedroom was fine and bathroom was roomy and shower was good. Air con was pleasant. I didnβt try breakfast or restaurant. The safe had no keys but we eventually found them. My two quibbles: no one answered any of my emails so I had to call to double check they werenβt shut due to COVID 19 or something ; (annoying!) the cleaning starts at 7am, and frankly, the maid is the noisiest person ever. Imagine a hoover on the room next to you at 7am when you went to bed at 2am! The walls are paper thin and you hear the neighbours, which is not great, but cleaning staff can be scheduled for a more godly hour. I had the worst 3 mornings ever, up hours before I intended to be. As many travellers complained and clearly the hotel doesnβt care, I am giving only 3 stars.

The room is not bad, but the hotel I booked is closed seasonally, and there is no notification when I change to another hotel. I wonder if it is Ctrip's problem? Or is it a hotel problem? But there must be a problem with Ctrip. I booked a hotel from Ctrip. At that time, I called Ctrip at the door of the hotel and said that they would not answer the phone during non-working hours. The language barrier at the door of the hotel did not understand the Italian notice of the hotel? So far, Ctrip has not made any statement. How can you trust Ctrip's services next time?

We stayed here for a week in September and it was better than we expected! It is definitely not a 4 star hotel but the staff were amazing and so helpful. The pool was nice but not very deep. The complementary water bottles were good and it did feel safe, although, we kept our suitcases locked whenever we left the room. As other reviews mention, it is quite noisy and you can hear the odd person walking down the hallway and the other bathrooms, so I suggest bringing earplugs. The hotel is in a good location, close to lots of restaurants and amenities. The old town was lovely and we had a great time exploring. Overall, a good time!

Everything was perfect, the staff was absolutely perfect and nice, the room was lovely, and breakfast was varied and delicious. The view from the room is very nice if you have a sea view. Outside you have a paid parking lot and a few meters away you have free parking, but it is mostly occupied.

The hotel is very nice. Close to the beach. It has a good breakfast. It has also a pool, unfortunately we did noy try to use it in would mark two things that need an improvement: 1. There are no glasses in the room. You can not drink a thing without a glass. 2. The breakfast is excellent, but ussing plastic glasses for drinks in a restaurant is really not ecological. Please chage plastic glass for normal glasses (bicchieri di vetro).

EEiko TlalicWent there with my best friend. The room was advertised as With Sea View, this turned out to be false; the window is indeed directed at the sea however there's another hotel in the way so you can see an orange building instead of the sea. The room and the facilities are very clean and housekeeping ladies do an outstanding job. Breakfast included was very good it even included waffles made on request. Dinner however wasn't included and there was no indication of the price, which we didn't find out until checkout time, ridiculously overpriced and it wasn't even good. Completely tasteless food apart from the fresh tomatoes and desert, we absolutely regret having had dinner there. A cheap panini, pizza or piadina in any of the many eateries around the hotel are a lot tastier than what supposedly upscale food they serve at the hotel restaurant for dinner.
The Spa services was excellent, really lovely. So if you aren't going to eat dinner there, would recommend.
Just a word of advice, if your companion is an attractive female beware of one of the waiters who is a complete predator, seduces them and even lets himself in with a βmagicβ code that unlocks your room's door. I had to resort to blocking the door at night. I'm pretty sure the hotel has rules against staff having relations with guests but predators don't seem to care.

ε¨ε¨The location is not as close to the train station, but the hotel is still good, in the villa group, very feeling. Facilities are also ok, as well as free breakfast, the price is still relatively high in Europe's high level of consumption.

CCoastal534104Good location. Access scale with ring that could not be reached because you blocked flower vessels. It puts the user at risk. To be reviewed (priority should be people, not flower vase. Family management and it really makes pleasure to see that all the family work together. The boys (children) are good and kind, even the father. Then we have asked for a change of mattress because in our instance, too soft and uncomfortable. take in the staff. My wife slept badly and had to take analgesic for the deformity of the mattress. Then a mini-fridge would be useful in the room because you can't have fresh water available. For the rest acceptable. But we will not come back and I will not recommend.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per la prima volta con la mia compagna nel 2023, e sono ritornato per un weekend last minute. Abbiamo apprezzato molto le migliorie al design della struttura, gia ai tempo molto inusuale. Molto variegata la colazione, sempre di altissima qualitΓ . Infine un grande grazie ai ragazzi della reception, per l'uprade in camera con la vasca esterna! Ci rivedremo sicuramente !

GGuest UserSome doubts upon arrival, followed by some other doubts again with the outgoing reception (absence of useful information for simple, perhaps trivial curiosities, but that's it; absence of personnel in charge of baggage at the entrance of the cars; singular explanations which naturally led to use their parking at a cost 5 times higher than what is availableβ¦).
The room is adequate, although the large information book contains accessibility to Sky (precisely from channel 401 onwards), which does not exist/cannot be reached.
Compliments to the staff of the rooms, maintenance, swimming pool and breakfast in the morning.
Finally, some doubts about the restaurant and, in particular, about the responses from those in charge of the wines.
Thanks to Trip.com the stay cost an extremely interesting sum and, therefore, the opinion, at this price, is very interesting for a hotel, a national monument, like this one.

Friendly staff (and lovely dog) on reception, great location (restaurants and the interesting sights of the city nearby, beach a short walk, train station very close, and the bus stop from which the coach goes to San Marino is literally outside the hotel door). The room could definitely do with a bit of an update (mainly the air conditioning which didn't work very well and a slight smell from the drains in the bathroom) but the hotel is clean and the bed comfortable. Noise from the street outside definitely present, however. Breakfast looked decent too.

Camera molto ordinata e pulita ogni mattina, con noi avevamo un cane quindi la sabbia la faceva da padrona ma al rientro era molto pulito e ordinato! Nessuna limitazione per i cani, per cui ben accetti ovviamente se i padroni fanno il loro dovere. Cucina, servizio e sala pranzo da 0 stelle: innanzitutto siamo stati per una settimana in un tavolino rotondo da colazione per 2 persone in 4 (non eravamo gli unici) non c'era spazio per appoggiare nulla se non 4 piatti e una bottiglia d'acqua. Il servizio, seppur molto gentili, non Γ¨ all'altezza, manca un capo sala che diriga i pochissimi camerieri in sala che sono chiamati qui e la; preciso che non Γ¨ colpa loro perchΓ© fanno del loro meglio, ma Γ¨ proprio mal gestione del personale. Dosi del cibo molto risicate, alle volte appena tiepidi e sicuramente non all'altezza della cucina romagnola famosa per l'abbondanza e per la qualitΓ dei piatti. Anche a colazione il buffet non era molto ricco. In ultimo la posizione della struttura che fa media, piΓΉ che buona essendo fronte mare. Nel complesso se potessi scegliere non ci tornerei con la famiglia oppure valuterei solo pernottamento.

Really good atmosphere, you feel treated like a special guest from day zero. The hotel is very well located, right next to the beach and many good restaurants. The breakfast included will make you save a lot of money, staff is lovely and always smiling. The room itself needs some deep maintenance, but overall the quality/price is really good (for June). I wouldnβt accept the same room for an higher price, so DYOR

NNicolΓ² SWe stayed in this hotel for 11 days at the beginning of July 2021 and we found to say little well. The hotel is a classic 3-star hotel, excellent location just a few meters from the beach of Viserba. But the difference from other hotels is undoubtedly due to the staff, the owners who have been available all over, the cooks who have delighted us every day with always different and all excellent pieces, the cleaners of the rooms that every day made us find our room in perfect conditions, the night doormaster that was very sympathetic and available for every event. I advise this hotel because we were really good and we'll certainly be back in the future.
