The pros Great location Most staff very pleasant Wi-Fi free and fast Good shower pressure Cons Undergoing refurbishment No full length mirror Tiny balcony. Small car park costing €20 per day Pool unheated and needs more (daily) cleaning. Lack of sunshine around the pool We stayed (3xAdult, 1xTeen) for four nights whilst attending a sporting event nearby. On entering the hotel, it looked pleasant. On entering our room however, we got old damp kind of smell. The fridge did not function and we reported it on several occasions and it was never fixed. We did have an issue with the plug in the bathroom sink, which they rectified by removing the plug entirely. Housekeeping staff did a great job in the limited conditions. The room is very narrow, there is luggage table behind the door, meaning you cannot open it fully, and the bathroom is old, dated, and prone to leeks. However, shower pressure is good. We were told halfway through our stay the hotel is under new management. This is bringing a full refurbishment over the coming months and so explains why we were awoken before 8am one morning to the sound of hammering and banging. Would we stay again, probably not. There are so many alternatives in the area with similarly great locations, but with better facilities, for similar prices.

Stayed here for 3 nights as a long weekend get away and it was perfect! Spa is so lovely with a gorgeous sea view, and I honestly had the best full body massage and such a bargain..75 mins for €80 (25 mins free). We booked a sea view room and I’d highly recommend this, it was modern and elegant with the comfiest bed! Good wardrobe space, stocked fridge and fab mirrors and furniture! No English channels on the tv but as we were only there for a short break we didn’t care. The bar area and restaurant were also beautiful. I can’t fault the hotel to be honest and as we were leaving they were about to start renovations to update some of the outside areas so I can only see it being better so I may even break my cardinal rule of never going to the same hotel twice!! Rimini itself is absolutely well worth a visit. The beach was beautiful with sunbeds and bars and restaurants and volleyball and warm sea… The area to the left of this hotel (if you are looking at the beach) is full of gorgeous restaurants and bars and then the old town is a wonderful maze of little streets, historical buildings and piazzas…so beautifully Italian! This was a bit of last minute unplanned get away for us as a couple and I can only recommend the Savoia Hotel Rimini, no reservations!

The room is not bad, but the hotel I booked is closed seasonally, and there is no notification when I change to another hotel. I wonder if it is Ctrip's problem? Or is it a hotel problem? But there must be a problem with Ctrip. I booked a hotel from Ctrip. At that time, I called Ctrip at the door of the hotel and said that they would not answer the phone during non-working hours. The language barrier at the door of the hotel did not understand the Italian notice of the hotel? So far, Ctrip has not made any statement. How can you trust Ctrip's services next time?

Some doubts upon arrival, followed by some other doubts again with the outgoing reception (absence of useful information for simple, perhaps trivial curiosities, but that's it; absence of personnel in charge of baggage at the entrance of the cars; singular explanations which naturally led to use their parking at a cost 5 times higher than what is available…).
The room is adequate, although the large information book contains accessibility to Sky (precisely from channel 401 onwards), which does not exist/cannot be reached.
Compliments to the staff of the rooms, maintenance, swimming pool and breakfast in the morning.
Finally, some doubts about the restaurant and, in particular, about the responses from those in charge of the wines.
Thanks to Trip.com the stay cost an extremely interesting sum and, therefore, the opinion, at this price, is very interesting for a hotel, a national monument, like this one.

From the guest Sergey Malyuchkov and Elena Panarina When entering the hotel, you immediately want to recognise the design, it's very amazing! Check-in was without any problems except for the deposit of 300 euros which was returned to us upon departure from the hotel. The room is just gorgeous, the prices in the mini-bar are adequate, real Italian espresso, herbal teas and so on are welcome! We had dinner on the day of arrival at the hotel restaurant, a very extensive selection of dishes. The dinner was very tasty at quite adequate prices! The choice of breakfasts is also amazing and pleasant in quality of cooking! A heated pool with a jacuzzi operating around the clock is a miracle. The staff is very friendly and pleasant towards guests! Good prices for sunbeds to the hotel beach, warm sea, everything is beautiful! On the last day we went to the spa, a beautiful view of the city from the balcony and a magnificent view of the beach and the sea from the bath. Thank you very much to the hotel for the warm welcome and for the prize in the form of a bottle of wine) Special thanks to the reception staff to Victor and Ekaterina!

We stayed here for 4 nights with our 20 year old daughter, after a visit to Bologna. We had rooms 410 and 403. We thought the hotel was excellent. It’s well location on the main “*****” at the front and backing on to the beach road at the back (pretty much like all the seafront hotels in Rimini). You cross the road and you’re on the beach. Despite its central location we didn’t find it particularly noisy. The staff make this place what it is. Each and every one we met was delightful, helpful and efficient. Special thanks to the reception staff who helped us with restaurant bookings, cancellations and printed out our airport shuttle bus tickets for us. Also to the bar and restaurant staff - they are so efficient, without making you feel rushed and nothing is too much trouble. The small pool is great, with nice cushioned sunbeds as well as chairs and tables surrounding it. The hotel is opposite beach 61 but has an arrangement with beach 67 (5 min walk) where you get 2 sunbeds and an umbrella for 18 euros, as well as a discount at the beach cafe which is as excellent. The hotel provides towels for the pool/beach - changed every 3 days or more often if you want and are happy to pay €3 per towel. The rooms are basic but comfortable with all you need for your stay. Our room had a little kitchenette and sofa. Decent shower in the bathroom. Very good and much needed aircon - it was 33-35 degrees every day! . Breakfasts were plentiful and very nicely laid out with lots of choice. Barista made coffee, juices (not fresh but you could have freshly squeezed orange for a price). Fresh fruit including watermelon, yogurt, cereal, cheeses, ham, bread and a large selection of croissants and pastries. Also hot food - eggs, bacon, some veg and hot strudel - all rather good and topped up regularly . We didn’t use the spa except to change and shower before we left - it was brilliant - with everything you needed including hairdryers with diffusers! We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel - it was lovely.

We stayed here for a week in September and it was better than we expected! It is definitely not a 4 star hotel but the staff were amazing and so helpful. The pool was nice but not very deep. The complementary water bottles were good and it did feel safe, although, we kept our suitcases locked whenever we left the room. As other reviews mention, it is quite noisy and you can hear the odd person walking down the hallway and the other bathrooms, so I suggest bringing earplugs. The hotel is in a good location, close to lots of restaurants and amenities. The old town was lovely and we had a great time exploring. Overall, a good time!

Excellent
I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, which exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the friendly and professional staff, who ensured that every detail of my stay was perfect. The room was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was varied and delicious, offering options for all tastes. The relaxing atmosphere and high-quality service made me feel truly pampered. I would gladly return anytime!”
This is an excellent boutique hotel! Rooms: For Italian standards the rooms are very big! They are also very clean and still look new! Pool: Very small pool but it is heated. So you can enjoy swimming also during the night (until 23 o'clock). Lobby: small but nice looking! Beach: very close to the hotel. Fine sand, good quality sunbeds and umbrellas. Staff: very very friendly staff. Improvement: the breakfast is the same every day. Since is a small hotel also the breakfast is not too varied. So a little variation will make it more attractive. Also, there are no olives. Italy is famous for the quality and variety of olives, use this advantage!
We got a very good room rate during the off season which provided excellent value (not sure we would say the same if we visited in July or August when room rates are extremely high). The room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was above expectations. The staff were very helpful providing us with an early check in and kindly gave us an upgrade. The hotel is in a great location on the beach and in the middle of Rimini shops and restaurants.
EEiko TlalicWent there with my best friend. The room was advertised as With Sea View, this turned out to be false; the window is indeed directed at the sea however there's another hotel in the way so you can see an orange building instead of the sea. The room and the facilities are very clean and housekeeping ladies do an outstanding job. Breakfast included was very good it even included waffles made on request. Dinner however wasn't included and there was no indication of the price, which we didn't find out until checkout time, ridiculously overpriced and it wasn't even good. Completely tasteless food apart from the fresh tomatoes and desert, we absolutely regret having had dinner there. A cheap panini, pizza or piadina in any of the many eateries around the hotel are a lot tastier than what supposedly upscale food they serve at the hotel restaurant for dinner.
The Spa services was excellent, really lovely. So if you aren't going to eat dinner there, would recommend.
Just a word of advice, if your companion is an attractive female beware of one of the waiters who is a complete predator, seduces them and even lets himself in with a ”magic” code that unlocks your room's door. I had to resort to blocking the door at night. I'm pretty sure the hotel has rules against staff having relations with guests but predators don't seem to care.
For a long weekend at the end of October I chose the Hotel Corallo Rimini. I was really lucky to get one of the two rooms on the second floor directly facing the sea. The views were amazing. Reading previous reviews on here, I was expecting to stay in a rather noisy neighbourhood and so brought my earplugs. On Friday and Saturday night I really needed them but during the other nights I slept well without them, even with the balcony door open. The corridors are tiled and so sounds from other guests and other rooms sometimes echo. The room was certainly well-sized for one person. For two persons and lots of luggage I could imagine it being a little cramped. The room and bathroom were cleaned every day and shampoo, soap, etc. stocked up all the time. There was a TV and a fridge in the room and the wifi did work well. Best of all was the breakfast buffet and the diverse and friendly crew working there. They provide bags and containers, so after enjoying breakfast you can take away a mid-morning snack for the walk along the beach or venturing further afield. I went to an event at the Autodromo Internazionale Enzo e Dino Ferrari in Imola, which is around an hour by car, if you’re willing to pay the toll for the Autostrada. Otherwise, depending on traffic, it takes more likely two hours one way if driving country roads and through the towns along the route. Parking was always available at Piazza Alberto Marvelli one block down the road and as it was off season (1 October to 31 March) parking was free of charge. Quite handy is the dm pharmacy across the street as well as Conad City a few steps down the road. All in all I had a pleasant stay at a fair price.
A family hotel run and staffed by Italians(not always the case ).Staff were outstandingly helpful all day and evening long.I was there on the last weekend before the summer season started.Refurb going on ,even in the bar,not pretty to see.The sauna and steam room closed until 5pm;this is not obvious from the website.Perhaps this changes in the summer, but worth checking out.Breakfast so-so.The bowl of fresh bananas, oranges, apples disappeared over the weekend.Lots of cakes, etc for those with a sweet tooth. Check out was interesting. It was suggested I had consumed seven glasses of wine at the bar, whereas four was the correct amount. When I pointed this out, the adjustment was made without comment.I paid the full invoice for a three night stay, requesting a refund of the 50% deposit.I understand the refund could take upto three weeks to arrive. The Italian banking system is blamed for this.I am still waiting. Be sure to book a room on the ”sea view” side. Not that there is an uninterrupted sea view but the alternative sems to be a room overlooking a busy road.
GGuest UserI was in this building for a weekend with my wife and son, while my wife was at a conference I stayed in the room to work: excellent wifi, silence and room furnishings, perhaps the room was not the most spacious, excellent price quality ratio. Excellent breakfast
Friendly staff (and lovely dog) on reception, great location (restaurants and the interesting sights of the city nearby, beach a short walk, train station very close, and the bus stop from which the coach goes to San Marino is literally outside the hotel door). The room could definitely do with a bit of an update (mainly the air conditioning which didn't work very well and a slight smell from the drains in the bathroom) but the hotel is clean and the bed comfortable. Noise from the street outside definitely present, however. Breakfast looked decent too.
