When we booked it was mentioned spas on our arrival we asked the lady at the counter what time the spas close she told us 9am but dsl it is not included with the room.
Dsl but on the hotel website it is clearly mentioned that there is a spa, that's why we chose your hotel.
She tells us if you want the spas you have to pay $50 per person to have access...what????
We told him our dissatisfaction and mentioned that this should be indicated!
The next day we put the cards back and underline the same things.

I don't understand why yesterday when we arrived there young lady we didn't mention it. There we handed over the cards and learned that we could have taken advantage of the small spas!

La climatisation on et off ou ne démarrait pas. La tv n.a.pas fonctionne non plus changé de chambre pas de vue...un min d employés. Ns ne retournerons pas là la semaine prochaine. Près du fleuve pour la marche parfait emplacement c est tout..

Chambre propre, mais mauvaise fin de semaine... Une équipe de hockey de petits garçons jouait dans le corridor!!! Même après deux plaintes... Encore du bruit et des enfants qui courrent...
Mise à part le manque de respect des parents des enfants sur les consignes, endroit convenable
Déçu d'avoir dû appeler à la réception et de ne pas avoir eu de résultats...

Les cartes repas vendues avec le séjour parlent d'une table d'hôte, laquelle est très limité dans les choix p/r à la table d'hôte normale offerte par le Paccini que je connais très bien. C'est très décevant !
