The introduction said that this room type does not accept children. I called and it was confirmed that it was available. The room has two bedrooms and one living room, complete kitchen utensils, and convenient parking. It is very suitable for going to European Park. There is a bus at the door that goes directly to the park.

The hotel is convenient for visiting Europa Park. The room is new and the facilities are very functional, but the service management level needs to be improved. The housekeeper has language barriers and can't speak English or German. The room was not cleaned for two days of the three-day stay, even though there was a sign on the door asking for immediate cleaning... The breakfast was not very varied but exquisite

The hotel is 9 minutes by car from Europapark. The rooms are clean and very nicely furnished. The staff is very friendly and helpful. However, we found the breakfast too expensive at 22.90 euros per person per day, which means we would have spent 45.80 euros for just 1 day for 2 people, so we decided to have breakfast in Europapark. In Europapark you can have a very cheap breakfast at Rock Cafe. The hotel does have something very positive though, you can get coffee and tea 24 hours a day and it's free. The coffee machine is in the lobby. There are also parking spaces outside where you can park (great). We were delighted and will book again.
