Wir waren schon öfter in den letzten Jahren hier. Das neue Restaurant ist ein echter Mehrgewinn im Vergleich zum alten Frühstücksraum
Empfang und Mitarbeiter super freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sauber und haben eine gute Schallisolierung, die Betten sind sehr bequem.
Zwei Punkte habe ich zu "bemängeln" (aber auf sehr hohem Niveau) : Die Kissen sind viel zu weich und wir schlafen darauf nicht gut. (Wussten wir aber und hatten unsere eigenen Kissen dabei) und ich persönlich hätte mir beim Frühstück noch richtiges Vollkornbrot gewünscht.
Sonst gibt's nix auszusetzen und in 2 Monaten sind wir schon wieder da...

Location molto curata sia all’esterno che dentro molto nuova e pulitissima. Personale davvero gentile avevamo avuto un ritardo e ci hanno aspettato . Camere spaziose e pulitissime unica cosa strana per noi italiani forse le lenzuola non c sono (letto alla tedesca) c’è solo il sacco per coprirti ma va bene uguale. Fantastica la colazione e la cena buonissima davvero da applausi x quantità del buffet e qualità …. Bravi

Hemos estado en familia tres días para ir a Europa Park. Hotel con muy buena ubicación. El trato ha sido espectacular. Si os alojáis reservaros una noche para cenar allí, cena bufet de muy buena calidad. Sin duda, espero volver y me alojaré allí. Muy recomendable!

Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Hier ist man mit der Familie bestens aufgehoben. Das Buffet beim Abendessen wie beim Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet und bietet für jeden etwas. Auch viele Vegetarische und Vegane Speisen. Wird zu 100% weiter empfohlen. Das nenne ich Gastgeber Mentalität.

Super hôtel qui se situe à proximité de l‘Europapark. Nous y avons passé une nuit avec nos 3 enfants. Un accueil très chaleureux, une chambre propre , spatieuse et un buffet du soir aux spécialités italiennes de très bonne qualité nous ont absolument convaincu. Nous avions réservé nos billets d’entrée pour le parc par mail auprès de l‘hôtel. Que du positif, il ne faut pas rater le buffet proposé au soir….Nous y retournerons lors de notre prochain séjour à Europapark!

Prima hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Ook het ontbijt was ruim voldoende en rustige ruime kamers.
Alleen in de omgeving is niks te doen maar wel op loopafstand een heerlijke pizzeria.
Ook is het maar 5 minuten rijden naar Europapark.
