A very nice, clean and spacious room. Parking was a breeze at an affordable price. Close to amenities too.

The very best review anyone can give for a hotel is the comfort rating for the bed - in this case 5 stars! Very comfortable, and (thank you Sebel!) the choice of doona or blanket. The other side of the coin is the bizarre "day bed" built in under the window. You can't lay on it because you'll slip off. You can't sit on it because the only back to it is the window. It's only purpose in life is to make you wonder what on earth someone was thinking to put such a strange thing in a hotel room. The second complaint from our point of view is the lack of an armchair in the room. Suggestion - get rid of that stupid day bed and replace it with an armchair.

Fantastic place to stay at! Service is top notch. The only flaw is that I need to pay for the parking at the hotel carpark.

The design is good, but the layout of the room is unreasonable, the big mirror is facing the bed, and the color is still dark. What I'm particularly dissatisfied with is the layout of the water pipes. I can hear the harsh sound of running water all night, making it impossible to sleep normally!

I have ordered twice, and I am very satisfied. The staff is polite and willing to help. The food in the restaurant is good, and the children are satisfied. Although the hotel is small, it is on the 6th floor, but they are all good. Sometimes you can hear the sound of a hose
