I loved my stay, the cleaning was very careful, I didn't find any dirt like in other hotels, everyone was very receptive and friendly, the breakfast wasn't very varied, but everything was very good and well prepared, the cakes are delicious and the place where it is served is spacious and cozy, the location was great, there are several very cheap restaurants nearby and supermarkets, following the street straight we left at Arcos da Lapa, I loved everything, delicious pool and to improve on the last day the checkout was 12pm and our bus I would leave at 10:30 pm, the staff stored our bags and we managed to enjoy the day a lot, really satisfied, I would recommend it a thousand times And there was something that I didn't see in any other hotel lol cheese bread, but as a Minas Gerais native it didn't taste like the original but I was happy to find it

It was my first time to go to Rio on business, and I booked this hotel. Overall, the transportation location is very good, and the room conditions are also OK. I recommend it! Everyone should pay attention to safety when coming to Rio, and booking here can improve safety.

The room is a bit small but fully equipped. There is champagne or drinks at the front desk. Someone will take you to your room. There are private beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach. The breakfast is rich and the fruits are fresh. The view on the top floor is good.

Excellent service in a hotel excellent location, but I went to make a maid reservation one day and saw the wrong day attendant consultant value on the hotel's website and said mine was cheaper I did it like this, I didn't even notice the mistake and she didn't care there either the rest is history

The service attitude is very good 👍 It's hygienic and clean, and the environment is beautiful. You don't have to go out to enjoy the sun and the beach. The breakfast is very rich, and the inside and outside courts are very popular.

The best beach in Rio, there are many tourists, queue for breakfast, wait for 20 minutes for each elevator, it is cost-effective. The service is not good, I asked for something to be sent to the room, but it was not given to me in the end, and the waiter did not speak English very well.

The hotel is very well located, on Av. Princesa Isabel, right after the tunnel, right where Leme beach ends and Copacabana beach begins. The service at reception was exceptional, friendly and helpful. Mr. Carlos, who checked me in, was helpful, offering us the possibility to get into the room earlier (1:00 pm, when the time would be 3:00 pm), and stored our bags at reception while we walked around the city waiting for the room to be released. The room I stayed in (a standard twin) was good, not too big, but not too tight either, two wide single beds, with new and clean sheets, but a mattress too soft for my taste (for one night, it wasn't a problem , but spending more nights sleeping on it would be complicated). Smart TV, but it couldn't connect to the internet, so it was limited to cable channels (good selection of movie and series channels). The bathroom is spacious, but the shower stall is tight and the water is not at a constant temperature, you have to keep adjusting it to warmer or colder. The whole room looked as if it was already in need of renovation, and the bathroom even more so, but everything was in good working order. The room I stayed in was a connecting room (end 15) and the noise from the neighbor when using the bathroom was quite loud, nothing that constantly bothered me, but it is something to watch out for; in another room, maybe it was smaller. We didn't use the leisure area on the roof, we just visited it. It's small, and the pool is pretty cramped, but the view is beautiful. We didn't get breakfast either, so I can't comment on the food. Anyway, for the amount I paid and to spend just one night, it was a good option, without luxuries. For a longer stay, perhaps a better room would do, or another hotel.

Impeccable hotel and attentive staff. The area is pleasant with a few restaurants around but still isolated, you have to take a taxi, UBER or a bus to get around because you are far from everything on foot. Magnificent beach but too strong current for swimming and the ocean is very cold. Really superb heated swimming pool at the top of the building and magnificent view. Top breakfast, there is something for everyone and the service is impeccable. after a really pleasant walk along the seaside (4 km) it is possible to have a metro line to go to the CENTRO which I did not find superb because there are many beggars and beautiful old facades that are completely dilapidated and which threaten to collapse at any time it is a shame to let this heritage go.

Thank you for the excellent services provided. A clean and comfortable room we have had and a delicious breakfast we have got. Besides, the receptionist Alan is also so nice to introduce what we could enjoy the traditional bbq nearby and where we could have some nice coffee beans. We really had a wonderful travel journey in Rio because of this pleasant hotel. .

Upon arriving at the hotel, I was already surprised by the additional charge of 69 reais, which was not included in the reservation, I felt cheated by the website that made the sale to me. According to the attendant, the reservation was transferred to take off, so there would be this fee (I had made the purchase through the trip). This additional fee made the final price much higher, researching I found that it would be possible to stay in a much better hotel for those prices. As for the hotel, the service was good, especially the guy at the pool bar. The view is very beautiful (the best thing about the hotel). The pool is a bathtub, even at the end of the day and the next morning it was very dirty, with a crust of oil and sunscreen on the water, which made it impossible to enter. The breakfast was very simple, in a very small space, in fact everything in the hotel is very small. Narrow hallways, small elevator, small bedroom and micro bathroom. We could hear the shower and flushing from upstairs. In general, the experience with the hotel was not as expected, especially for the price and what it offers.
