A qualidade do serviço estava abaixo da média para um hotel 4 estrelas, instalações antigas, camas ruins, a comida era razoavel.

Service quality was below average for a 4 star hotel, old facilities, bad beds, food was ok.

As camareiras maravilhosas, além de simpáticas limpam muito bem, a equipe da recepção da tarde são super prestativos, te fazem se sentir bem vinda. Não me recordo o nome da Recepcionista da tarde de cabelo claro, super simpática. A equipe do café da manhã sempre muito prestativos e adorei o café, segunda vez que me hospedo super recomendo . E voltarei em breve  .

The wonderful maids, in addition to being friendly, clean very well, the afternoon reception staff are super helpful, they make you feel welcome. I don't remember the name of the afternoon receptionist with light hair, super friendly. The breakfast staff were always very helpful and I loved the coffee, second time I stay I highly recommend it. And I'll be back soon.

The hotel simply surprised at all questions. Have you something to complain? I'm sure not. Reception, room service all with sympathy, joy and smile on the face. I still earned a courtesy at 4:30 a.m. from the morning team that when checkouts were made, they offered me coffee even outside the timetable with great sympathy. Excellent and easy location of taxi, Uber, metro and even airplane.

The beautiful shelters, in addition to the good cleaning, the afternoon reception team are super performing, make you feel welcome.I don't remember the name of the afternoon receptionist with clear, super sympathetic hair. The breakfast team always very well performed and I loved the coffee, the second time I host super recommended . And I will come back soon .

The room was very good, but the couple's bed was very small to sleep together. My husband was sleeping in the single bed that was also in the room. And whoever wants the city and quality in Rio de Janeiro is one of the options, near the metro of the Largo do Machado, and the trade is too tired of many restaurants, from walking to the landing of the Flamengo.
