Very nice

The experience at the hotel was very good, from the moment we arrived we were received very well by all the staff. It's not the most modern hotel in the world, but it's very well maintained. The facilities are good, breakfast does not have as much variety as I imagined but the taste made up for everything, delicious. It's really worth it for what it delivers, even more so if you compare the price with other hotels with more "name" but that deliver a similar experience. The rooftop/pool area is very cozy and looks really nice at night, with lights around the pool and the bar selling drinks and contagious music

The room hygiene is very poor and the facilities are very old. I don’t recommend going here. The service is also very bad. It’s a very bad experience.

I was placed in an annex room, with signs of recent renovation, ceiling with plastic lining, close to the elevator, with terrible acoustics. Noise from people moving around all night. I've been staying at this hotel for a long time and I've never been so poorly accommodated. Accommodation completely incompatible with the contracted 4-star standard.

The price/performance ratio is relatively high, the breakfast is rich, and the guys at the front desk are very enthusiastic and humorous. I will definitely choose it next time.

The hotel in this period of school holidays is very full, but the agility of its composition services are excellent. I would just like to point out to the hotel management that the bed linen had an absurd "wet clothes" odor. The bathroom lighting could be improved in quality.

The hotel it’s outdated and needs to be renovated. We stayed for 4 nights and unfortunately they didn’t cleaned the room, they just let us new towels every day but the room was dirty, even the blankets wasn’t changed and that’s not acceptable. Other hotels offers you one or two bottles of water every day as a courtesy, but this hotel charges you for every little bottle that you use. The breakfast was the same every day, no change at all so you have to eat the same every single day. As a positive point, they are very close to the beach and the hotel is located in the safe zone of Copacabana, we didn’t use the pool because it was full every day and the other amenities are closed.
