Very bad experience!!!! Although the hotel is close to the beach, we paid for 4 adults and 2 children and when we arrived at check-in they made us pay again for the children, even though we have proof of payment and everything, saying that the reservation was bad and that we had to pay yes or yes to stay.

I believe the hotel deserves a higher rating than it has today.
Very well located and safe. Old installation, but it doesn't compromise comfort (I didn't smell mold, for example). Clean rooms and polite staff.
The bad point really is the noise of the air conditioning and the curtain in the bathroom which, despite not being dirty, ends up getting wet outside the shower.
It's my second time at the hotel, in a span of 9 years, and it didn't disappoint. I recommend.

The breakfast was quite good, but the hours were until 10 and at 9.30 there were already things missing that were not replenished.
The room is very simple and basic. I went to Rio several times and paid less at other hotels and the basic rooms were excellent. When you enter the hotel hall, you don't expect the room to be this simple.
The sheets were stained and were not changed throughout the stay.
Very good location and friendly staff.

Hotel muito antigo e com falta de manutenção. As fotos não condizem com os quartos. Precisei pagar a mais por um upgrade para conseguir permanecer. O primeiro quarto que me foi oferecido era pouco iluminado, muito úmido, tinha mau cheiro, muito antigo e sem manutenção aparente. As recepcionistas foram gentis e disponibilizaram outras 3 opções de alojamento, dentre as quais somente uma era adequada e semelhante a esta da foto de publicidade do hotel. As roupas de cama e banho são amareladas, manchadas e velhas. Travesseiros precisam ser substituídos. Um dos garçons se destacou pela simpatia, cordialidade e gentileza - Max Alves. Localização excelente, a uma quadra do mar.
