Pleasantly surprised to see nicely renovated rooms, nice furnishings and good toiletries. Great to have a co working space below too.

Hotel was situated in Leme area very near the Leme Fort. For some reason, the hotel does not have a sheltered porch for alighting, but this seems to be a common thing across many hotels in the area. It is a quieter area compared to copacabana, which is honestly just nearby. Doesn’t feel unsafe at night and the receptionist is generally helpful. However room turn over service is quite inconsistent. Some days only the bed is made and there doesn’t seem to be any new towels added, but overall it’s a pleasant experience.

Extremely small room despite booking one of the better ones. Bathroom was small and very badly built, the shower flooded every time due to a faulty door. The cleanliness of the room was questionable, dirty floor with bits that stuck to my feet. A hotel to avoid, def not the stars it claims.

Impeccable hotel. Very good location just one block from Leme Beach. Spectacular breakfast and restaurant service all day. The room was great. My only complaint is that the elevators are slow.

The location of the hotel is great. It's close to the seaside. The sea is across the road. There is an open-air swimming pool on the roof. You can see the entire beach. You can also see Monte Cristo in the distance. The breakfast is also very rich. I will book here again next time.

The hotel accommodation experience was good, but the charges for a local one-day tour that my friends and I signed up for at the hotel were much more expensive than those at other hotels. We had the same tour guide and the same car. Our trip was 5 hours including 5 attractions and no meals. The cost was BRL450, other tourists in the same car stay in another hotel, the cost is BRL430 one day including lunch

The location of the hotel is very good, close to the beach, there is a convenience store directly opposite, and there is a large supermarket 5 minutes' walk away. Taking a taxi is very convenient, there are often taxis opposite the hotel. It takes about 20 minutes to take a taxi to Jesus Mountain. Breakfast is mostly cold food, and the papaya is super fresh and delicious

The hotel is very close to the beach, just a few minutes' walk away. Restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. The service attitude is very good and they actively help with printing materials. Breakfast is quite rich.

The facilities are good. Because the window in Habiman’s accommodation, Nyabu, does not open, There is a lot of cleaning product smell in the room.

Good service and very friendly hotel staff

Hotel in a great location in the nice and quiet part of Copacabana beach, breakfast expensive and very basic, espresso coffee “not included in the package”… some arrogant and unfriendly employees, but at reception all the everyone speaks English. The service is not up to a Novotel, but the value for money is still quite good. Magnificent view from the swimming pool located on the roof of the hotel,

A very well equipped and located hotel, we had a problem with our room and they promptly changed us to a better room.
