My refrigerator and the bathroom bidet didn't work. There were no umbrellas at the pool. The breakfast was not rich.

The ideal local location, very dated in the middle of renovation between two clients, Swimming pool, not maintained, I will never come here again.

The hotel was wonderful, the employee treated us badly at first because there were problems with the reservation, I rented for just one person instead of two, then everything went well, the smell of the hotel was wonderful, the pool, the view, the room, everything was very good, the cleanliness included excellent we left and when we came back our room was extremely clean and tidy

Wonderful hotel, exceptional service and delicious breakfast.

The attendants were very friendly and helpful, with the exception of a middle-aged bespectacled man who appeared to be the manager. The room is small but very clean, as is the bathroom. The location is excellent, close to Copacabana beach and also to Ipanema. There are restaurants and a market close by.
