Overall, I had a great experience in this hotel; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend. This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Thank you so much.

Good hotel very quiet on thirteenth floor. Breakfast is good especially the quality of the fruit but the same selection every day. What’s nice about this hotel is no noise from neighboring rooms and each floor has very few rooms. I wish the hotel had an ice machine. Room was clean. Mattresses a bit hard but not terrible. Individual air conditioning units in each room permitted easy adjustment of room temperature.

Hotel well located, two blocks from the beach and close to the subway, and close to everything you need. The hotel is clean, it has been built for a long time, but that doesn't hurt anything. Good breakfast, well served. I recommend the accommodation, and on my next visit to RJ, if I stay in Copacabana, I will return to this hotel.

Excellent location. Supermarket in front. Bars and restaurants very close by. Old and noisy air conditioning.

Lovely hotel Staff need to know English

The room is a good size and the location is excellent (close to Posto 5), but the cleanliness of the bathroom and the breakfast were far from what was expected. For the price charged, you will find better options in Copacabana.

Hotel with a very classic style, with beautiful and comfortable facilities. Spacious room, sheets and towels super clean and changed daily. Great cleaning and housekeeping service. We had a leak in the bathroom shower that was resolved hours after it was reported, they were very helpful with all demands. Disclaimer in the policy of receiving third parties in the room (visit only) was not allowed. Overall, the service and care for guests is very good.

During the entire time of our stay, we were unable to use the hotel's pool, as they claimed it was under maintenance. Arriving in the room, the whirlpool made a horrible noise, and after 10 minutes turned on, rust started to come out in one of the outlets, it looked very old. We were going to change rooms, but we had already been informed by other guests who actually had the same problem. The only nice thing about the hotel is the service and breakfast, otherwise there is a lot of organization, especially the pool area, which could install a large shower before guests enter the pool. I had hoped to return more often with the family, but unfortunately now I have to look for another hotel.

Very nice location and helpful staff. We rented bikes from hotel, it was great. AC is too noisy, even when it is off there is AC noise from other rooms.
