Good location, but poor service and maintenance conditions. Smell of mold, cockroaches and stained sheets. Unmotivated employees who don't help and keep making excuses for everything. They want to charge extra for everything. Even to use the safe in the rooms that they said was available on the website, they want to charge extra. Avoid if you have another option.

The room was comfortable but had a musty smell. There was no smart TV and the air didn't cool well. Very dirty bathroom. Parking costs 80 reais daily!! The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. But the cost-benefit ratio was not worth it

Hotel looks old and poorly maintained. Bad bed, moldy pillows. Checkout time-consuming and disorganized. Dirty and noisy air conditioning. The only reasonable point is the location. I do not recommend.

Excellent employees. Very polite and collaborative. Hotel delivers what it sets out to do. As it is an old building, it has some inconveniences, such as the carpet in the hallways and the gym that is under maintenance. The breakfast is good and the waiters are super attentive. It was a good stay.

Terribly, this reservation was not made by me I tried to cancel the Copacabana, canceled the day before, returned the money and even offered a 5% card on the next stay if I returned.

Hotel with very old facilities. Bathroom and air conditioning in poor condition. Old elevator. Noisy room due to lack of windows with appropriate sound insulation and high street traffic. Moths in various parts of the room and bathroom. Hotel charged a service fee (15%) not foreseen in the original reservation conditions. Positive points: breakfast and swimming pool.

There was no change of towels during the 4 days of accommodation. The water from the shower leaked into the bathroom, leaving everything wet. Elevators needing more care.

The experience overall was good, we would have liked the breakfast to be more varied, there weren't many options. We found the accommodation dirty and dusty, our bed had broken legs and there were moths on the bathroom ceiling. We believe that the hotel can invest in infrastructure, as the amount paid is not fair compared to what was delivered. Another piece of information is that the hair dryer socket gets very hot when it is turned on, which is risky.
