The hotel is quite old. The mattresses on the beds are too soft and the body falls down too hard and unevenly. The shower is not very modern, water falls in three jets. Very slow elevators.

Hotel mais antigo roupas de cama, banheiro com mofo. Porém sua localização é bastante interessante pra quem anda de metrô. O café tem poucas opções fraco. 

Older hotel bedding, moldy bathroom. However, its location is quite interesting for those who travel by subway. The coffee has few weak options.

A localização é ótima e o atendimento tbm, porém os quartos tem aspecto de velhos e as camas são tão moles que afundam de acordo com o que vc se mexe. Café da manhã bom, piscina boa.

The location is great and the service is also great, but the rooms look old and the beds are so soft that they sink according to what you move. Good breakfast, good pool.

Long story short our original hotel cancelled on us 2 hours before check out so this was all our agent could find night before carnival !!     We were expecting more as our cancelled hotel was luxury .    So this hotel is clean but very old smells of cleaning products spray and beds very uncomfortable. Pillows and bedding poor quality.    The highlight was Edien on reception hearing our story he was very helpful in advising us and arranging calls to new hotel which our agency agreed to transfer us .      So maybe if you want basic 4 star great location cheap but our expectations were higher . 

The property is located in a central location, close to groceries, restaurants, pharmacies and the beach. There is also a metro stop less than 2 blocks away. Property is a bit outdated though. Staff are nice and helpful. Breakfast was included so that was nice. I wish they had Pão de Queijo daily as I would just stay at a hotel for that LOL. Anyway, they did alternate one item in the breakfast buffet each day and Pão de Queijo was included once in my 6 days. So that was nice. Most hotels normally wouldn't change the offerings.

It was a great place to pass the new year holiday. The pool view is amazing, with a view to the Copacabana beach and to Crist. People were very warm and receive us very well. The breakfast was amazing with a lot of option. The bedroom was very clean and the TV has cable.
